A Barcelona-built sales platform that turns a plain-language ICP into an enriched list and runs the email and LinkedIn campaign from the same workspace, with most of its processing inside the EU.
What is
Genesy
Your rep has Sales Navigator open in one tab, an enrichment tool in a second, a sequencer in a third, and an email from legal asking where the German contact data is stored. Genesy, which renamed itself Enginy in January 2026, folds those into one Barcelona-built workspace that finds the list, enriches it and sends the campaign. You describe the buyer in plain language and AI Finder turns that into a search, then imports the matches from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Google Maps or a CSV. Enrichment runs as a waterfall over roughly 30 providers including Apollo, Cognism, Lusha, Kaspr, Dropcontact, Hunter and ZoomInfo, and AI Variables run a research prompt against every record. Sending runs through identities, each pairing a mailbox with a LinkedIn account, and sequences branch on whether a connection request was accepted, mixing likes, profile visits, voice notes and email. A Smart Inbox tags replies and drafts answers, while a REST API, webhooks and a hosted MCP server expose the same actions to Claude, n8n or Make. Genesy is the tidiest one-vendor answer for a European team whose legal department asks where the data lives, because ten of its fourteen listed subprocessors sit inside the EU. Nebor has not run it, and we would still assemble the same motion from Clay and Instantly, since the €799 floor comes on six to twenty-four month terms.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
Genesy is built to be the place the work happens rather than a node in someone else's chain, so its integrations fall into two groups: data providers it calls on your behalf, and CRMs it writes back to. The developer surface underneath is better than the marketing suggests, with a documented REST API, webhooks and a hosted MCP server.
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho and Tribe | Two-way CRM sync so enriched contacts and campaign activity land on the record your reps already work in. Capterra reviewers flag occasional HubSpot sync failures, so test the field mapping on a small list before you point a full campaign at production. |
Apollo, Cognism, Lusha, Kaspr, Dropcontact, Hunter, Datagma and ZoomInfo | The enrichment waterfall. Genesy queries these in sequence to fill emails and phones, and the vendor claims roughly 30 sources in total. A team already paying for one of these may be able to connect it directly, though the docs do not state whether enrichment then bills your provider account or Genesy credits. |
Mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts | Sending runs on identities, each pairing a mailbox with a LinkedIn account you supply. The API supports IMAP credentials for programmatic mailbox setup, and LinkedIn capability per identity includes whether Sales Navigator search is available on that seat. |
Warmy.io | The warm-up and domain health engine behind the deliverability screens, named in Enginy's own subprocessor list and hosted in Israel. Worth knowing if you already run Instantly or Smartlead warm-up, because you would be paying for the same function twice. |
REST API and webhooks | Documented endpoints for contacts, companies, campaigns, identities, AI variables, AI Finder previews and workflows, with bulk create up to 100 records and real-time webhook events. Rate limits run on 60-second rolling windows per key and endpoint, with higher limits provisioned on request. |
Hosted MCP server | A remote MCP endpoint at openapi.enginy.ai/mcp with browser sign-in, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Claude Code can build a list, enrich it and read campaign performance from a prompt. Tools are generated from the public API, which keeps the surface close to the product. |
Make, Zapier and n8n | All three are supported through the API rather than a native app. Zapier runs on Webhooks by Zapier and n8n on the HTTP Request and Webhook nodes, so you are writing requests by hand instead of dragging a prebuilt action onto the canvas. |
Slack, OpenAI, TheirStack and custom CRM | Slack carries positive-reply alerts into a channel, OpenAI powers the message generation, and TheirStack feeds hiring and tech stack signals. Teams on an in-house CRM can implement a small documented endpoint set instead, and partners can run the whole thing white-labelled on their own domain. |
What is missing | No dialer, no SMS and no native connection to Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist, so cold email infrastructure you already own sits outside the product. There is no self-serve signup either, which means you cannot test any of these connections without a sales call first. |
Pro’s
The DPA names every subprocessor and where it runs, with hosting on AWS in Sweden, DigitalOcean in Germany and the Netherlands and Temporal in Frankfurt, so a GDPR review has something concrete to read instead of a compliance badge.
Apollo, Cognism, Lusha, Kaspr, Dropcontact, Hunter, Datagma and ZoomInfo appear as named connectable integrations rather than one sealed data blob, so you can see which provider produced a record and price that against buying the source direct.
The LinkedIn side goes past connect and message into likes, profile visits, voice notes and branches on whether the invite was accepted, and that is closer to what a good SDR does by hand than most email-first platforms manage.
The public API covers contacts, companies, campaigns, identities, AI variables and workflows, with webhooks and a hosted MCP server, so the platform can sit inside an n8n or Make chain instead of standing on its own.
Capterra reviewers rate it 4.9 across 17 reviews and G2 lands at 4.8 across 22, with onboarding and support named repeatedly, and that support matters on a product that needs ICP rules configured before it produces anything.
The site, the product and the support run in Spanish, Italian, German, French and Portuguese alongside English, so a Madrid or Milan sales floor gets a vendor in its own language and timezone.
Cons
Capterra lists the entry Smart plan at €799 a month flat and everything above it is quote-only, and third-party comparisons report terms of six, twelve or twenty-four months, so the lock-in is long for a category still changing every quarter.
There is no free version and no free trial listed anywhere, and the pricing page is a lead-capture form, so finding out what your team would pay costs a demo and a discovery call first.
Outreach covers email and LinkedIn and stops there, with no dialer and no SMS step, so the phone numbers it spends credits enriching have to be exported into another tool before anyone calls them.
Identities run on mailboxes and LinkedIn seats you supply and the warm-up is Warmy.io underneath by the vendor's own subprocessor list, so sending infrastructure stays your job at a price well above dedicated cold email tooling.
The named customers are almost all Iberian and the public review base is under fifty entries in total, where the recurring complaints are list management, an occasional HubSpot sync failure and one reviewer reporting that email scraping did not work.
