Yannick has 10 years in SaaS sales under his belt. He's sold real estate and financial solutions to enterprise companies, and has always had one foot in the RevOps world. At OneStream, he led his EMEA BDR team to become the global #1, which says a lot about how he brings people, process, and tech together. He genuinely loves CRM and GTM tech (the kind of person who actually gets excited talking about it), and he's really good at building sales machines that run themselves, mostly by combining smart CRM setups with Clay. At Nebor, Yannick handles scalability, growing the team, and keeping the finances in check. Outside of work, he's got three boys aged 0, 2, and 5, so chaos management is basically a daily skill at this point. You'll find him on the padel court, in the gym, or doing a handstand with a beer on a terrace somewhere.

Andrew has spent over 10 years in B2B sales. He's done the rounds, BDM, AE, team lead, and even did two years in corporate sales at Gartner. That's where he saw just how much time gets wasted on manual, repetitive sales work. It bugged him enough to go build something about it, and that's how Utmost Agency started (which he grew to six figures). Now he's co-founding Nebor, where he focuses on outbound growth, AI, and Clay-powered automations that help businesses stop doing things the slow way. Andrew's also our handy guy, and he's also responsible for our growth. When he's not building revenue engines, you'll find him in the kitchen, in the gym, or out walking Chili, his English Staffy. And if you look close enough, you'll mostly find that he's got a cold beer in hand and not taking himself too seriously.

Ibrahim has over 6 years in B2B content marketing. He's worked across the board, from Contributing Writer to Head of Content, at companies like iStockphoto, AppSumo, Nerdy Joe, Vidico, Utmost Agency, and more. He does strategy and purely focuses on content that generates leads. At Nerdy Joe, he grew the blog from zero to 30,000 monthly visitors and helped bring in 60 recurring sales calls per month, all through content. At Utmost Agency, he took the blog from nothing to 300K impressions in 6 months, got posts ranking in both Google and ChatGPT/Claude conversations, and generated the agency's first few inbound meetings. Now at Nebor, he handles content strategy, SEO, and writes the bottom-of-funnel stuff that books meetings. Outside of work, he's deep into learning Spanish, loves watching football, and dabbles in video editing. He's also been quietly geeking out about GTM engineering and sales workflows, so don't be surprised if he starts automating things too.

Tyo is only three years into GTM, but he's packed in more reps than most people do in a decade. Based in Jakarta, he's built a solid understanding of the full outbound engine, from lead sourcing and contact intelligence to inbox infrastructure and campaign management. Clay is his go-to tool, and he uses it across lead signaling, company classification, and contact sourcing to build systems that actually scale. At Nebor, he's sharpening his craft as a GTM Specialist and adding new dimensions to what the team can deliver. Outside of work, Tyo switches gears completely: football, jazz clubs, classical concerts, or a good film. And at home, Kipas the dog keeps him company.

Chili joined the team under questionable hiring practices, mostly by being impossible to say no to. Being Andrew's English Staffy and self-appointed office mascot, he is quite literally a tough one to keep still. All muscle, all energy, zero filter. He brings that same intensity to every walk, every treat negotiation, and every unsolicited interruption of your focus time. His specialities include zoomies, occupying exactly the spot you need to stand on, looking deeply offended when dinner is five minutes late, and belly rubs. Always belly rubs. When he wants attention (which is always), he'll find your shoe, pull the knot out of the lace, and stare at you until you acknowledge his existence. He has no interest in Clay, outbound, or GTM strategy. Chili doesn't work for Nebor. Chili works for Chili.

Audi has nearly a decade of experience across admin, operations, HR, training, and project coordination, and has worked in enough industries to have a story for every occasion. Before Nebor, she led training operations for PayPal and FedEx, supervised a team of 11 trainers, and hit 98% attainment in Training & Transition metrics. She's trained over 300 agents, which means she's seen it all and remains completely unshakeable. At Nebor, she keeps everything running behind the scenes. Invoices, payroll, SOPs, proposals, and workflows, all handled before most people have finished their morning coffee. She speaks fluent spreadsheet, is dangerously good with ClickUp and Moneybird, and is weirdly happy inside a well-organised Google Sheet. Outside of work, she's either lost in a fantasy novel, planning a trip that may or may not happen, or deep in her millennial comfort-watch era. Twilight, Camp Rock, High School Musical, the full catalogue. Sky Maria the dog approves of all of it.

As Head of Operations at Nebor, he keeps the engine running and specialises in marketing and sales automation, GTM engineering, and vibe coding. He was an early Clay adopter, which tells you everything about how he approaches new tech. Outside of work, you'll find him in early morning gym sessions, longboard surfing, kickboxing, padel, and gaming on PS5 or at board game nights with friends. He also used to dance professionally, is hypermobile enough to move his thumb out of its socket, and DJs. Stitch the beta fish and Leo the Pomeranian round out the crew, though Leo has wisely chosen to live with the in-laws.
