An all-in-one outbound platform that bundles a 300M-profile contact database, multichannel sequences, a dialer, deliverability tooling and the Duo AI agents behind a single login.
What is
Amplemarket
A rep opens six tabs to send one sequence, the database in the first, the sequencer in the second, then the warmup tool, the dialer, the CRM and a spreadsheet holding the whole thing together. Amplemarket sells the version where all of that is behind one login and one contract. The data underneath claims 300M profiles and 200M mobile numbers, re-verified more than 70M times a week through a waterfall that queries several providers before returning a match. On top are signals like job changes, competitor research and custom CRM triggers that can start a sequence the moment a record in Salesforce or HubSpot moves. Duo is the AI layer, with Copilot choosing the leads and drafting the sequence, Copywriter writing the first touch, Voice making AI calls and Inbox handling replies. Sending spreads across two to eight mailboxes per user, and the warmup network, Domain Health Center and inbox placement tests come with the seat. We would put a team on Amplemarket only when one invoice matters more than control of each layer. The bundle is the product, so you take its data whether or not it covers your EMEA segment, and its shared warmup network with it. Our builds keep data, sending and sequencing separate so a weak piece can be replaced.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
Amplemarket claims 28+ direct integrations, and the shape of that list tells you what the platform expects to be. It connects deeply to the CRM and the mailbox on either side of it, then leaves the middle to itself, since the middle is what you are paying for.
Salesforce and HubSpot | Two-way sync of contacts, leads, activities and pipeline, with automatic activity logging, field mapping and exclusion lists so a rep does not email an open opportunity. These are also the source for Custom CRM Signals, where a report or list in the CRM triggers a Duo sequence. |
Pipedrive | The third native CRM, and the only one outside the Salesforce and HubSpot pair. If your CRM is Attio, Close or Pipeliner, you are reaching Amplemarket through Zapier or the API rather than a supported connector. |
Gmail, Microsoft 365 and custom SMTP | Mailboxes connect through Google Workspace or Microsoft, with a custom SMTP and SendGrid route for teams with their own sending domains. Warmup needs IMAP switched on, and Amplemarket warns that Google sometimes blocks the connection until you grant permission again. |
Dialers | CloudTalk, Trellus, Nooks, Orum and Salesfinity all plug in beside the native outbound dialer, which is the one layer Amplemarket is happy to let you replace. Parallel dialing and call dispositions come from that pairing rather than from Amplemarket alone. |
REST API, webhooks and MCP | The API is included with the subscription and covers contacts, sequences, lead lists, calls, tasks, mailboxes and users, at 500 requests a minute by default with tighter limits on people search and call recordings. An MCP endpoint ships on every plan, which is unusual for a platform at this price. |
Zapier and Clay | Zapier covers the 8,000 apps with no connector. Clay appears on Amplemarket's integrations page, but Clay's own support answer is that there is no native app and you reach Amplemarket through Clay's HTTP API, so treat this as a build rather than a toggle. |
WhatsApp and iMessage | Both work as sequence steps rather than as separate tools, which is rare in this category and genuinely useful for markets where WhatsApp carries business conversation. Consent and local messaging rules are on you, since the platform will happily send either at volume. |
What is missing | No connection to Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist, because Amplemarket replaces all of them. There is no way to swap the underlying contact data for Cognism, Apollo or a Clay waterfall either, so the data quality you get on the trial is the data quality you sign for. |
Pro’s
One subscription covers the database, the sequencer, the dialer and the warmup, so a small team stops paying four vendors and stops maintaining the plumbing between them.
Amplemarket publishes its own accuracy figures, sub-3% bounce and 96.5% phone accuracy, and marks which are first-party measured rather than third-party audited, which is more disclosure than ZoomInfo, Apollo or Lusha give.
Mailbox handling is built into the seat, with warmup, a Domain Health Center and inbox placement tests, so cold sending does not need a separate infrastructure vendor on the invoice.
Signals are wired straight to action, so a job change, competitor research or a custom trigger on a Salesforce report can start a sequence with no export step in between.
The REST API comes with the subscription at documented limits of 500 requests a minute, alongside webhooks and an MCP endpoint, so the platform is reachable from an outside build.
G2 shows 4.6 across 657 reviews, and the praise clusters on the Duo copilot and the multichannel reach rather than on one narrow feature.
Cons
Only the entry tier has a public price at $600 a month for two seats, so Growth and Elite both start with a sales call and an annual term before you learn the number.
Entry credits are thin for that money at 13,500 email and 600 phone reveals per user per year, which works out to roughly 1,100 contacts a month per rep before top-ups.
The data is welded to the platform, so you cannot route a waterfall through Cognism for EMEA or your own providers, and Capterra reviewers raise the database directly, one writing "Bad data quality, cannot rely on the database".
The Deliverability Booster warms mailboxes by exchanging automated threads inside a shared network of Amplemarket inboxes, and we would not treat that pattern as reputation insurance against current Google and Microsoft filtering.
Amplemarket's own blog ranks Amplemarket first in its feature framework at 219 of 231 points, and a scoring system written by the vendor being scored is weak evidence for a buying decision.
