Humanlinker

Reads a prospect's LinkedIn profile for a DISC personality read, then builds the list, the enrichment, the sequence and the meeting brief around it.

What is

Humanlinker

A rep emailing someone they have never met has to guess how that person likes to be spoken to. Humanlinker was built to take that guess out of the job. It reads a prospect's public LinkedIn profile, returns a DISC personality read with tone and phrasing tips, and writes the opener from it. The product now runs well past that. It searches its own contact database, enriches emails and phone numbers through FullEnrich's waterfall of 15 providers, deduplicates against HubSpot or Salesforce, generates a multichannel sequence across email and LinkedIn, sends it with warm-up and inbox rotation, and collects the replies in one inbox. Two newer pieces sit on top of that engine. AI Meeting Prep watches your Google or Outlook calendar, spots the external attendees, and mails you a text or voice brief hours before the call, with the DISC read attached. An MCP server lets you run the same searches and build sequences from inside Claude. The context is the half of Humanlinker we would pay for, the funding round, the new hire, the brief before a call. The DISC read is an inference off a public profile, and buyers rarely reply because a tool guessed their style. A small European team selling into named accounts gets real value from that half.

Integrations and the modern GTM stack

Humanlinker wants to be the place the whole prospecting day happens, so its integrations point inward at your CRM, your inboxes and your calendar rather than outward at other automation. Almost every connection is gated by plan, and the CRM you run decides which tier you land on.

HubSpot

The only CRM on the Pro plan, and it arrives as a light integration there and an advanced one from Business up. Contact recommendations are deduplicated against your HubSpot records before they enter a campaign, new prospects are written back automatically, and account lists pulled from HubSpot feed the buying signal alerts.

Salesforce

Available from the Business plan, with the same deduplication, writeback and signal monitoring plus an advanced setup service. Since Business is listed as starting from 50 users on annual billing, a Salesforce team of five or ten has no self-serve way onto the tier that supports them.

Microsoft Dynamics

Enterprise only, sitting alongside the dedicated LLM deployment, SSO and MFA on that tier. Anyone running Dynamics is signing an annual enterprise contract to use the product at all.

Gmail, Outlook and calendars

Pro connects two email inboxes and one social account for sending, with warm-up and inbox rotation built in. The Google and Outlook calendar connection is two way and drives AI Meeting Prep, detecting external attendees by professional email and firing the brief a few hours before the call.

Claude via MCP

The server sits at https://api.humanlinker.com/mcp and installs in Claude as a custom connector, or in other MCP clients through a JSON block with your API key in an Authorization header. From a chat window you can search their contact database, dedupe the result against your CRM and have the workflow builder assemble a multichannel cadence.

Slack and Teams

Slack carries meeting alerts, triggers a prep on demand and delivers the voice note, and it is included from the Pro plan. Teams is still marked as coming soon on the pricing matrix, so any Microsoft-first team should confirm the date before signing.

FullEnrich

The enrichment layer is not built in house. FullEnrich runs a waterfall across 15 data providers, with email enrichment included in the subscription allowance and phone numbers sold as a separate credit pack at 47 euros per 100.

Chrome extension

The original surface, still doing the work most people buy Humanlinker for. Open a LinkedIn profile and you get the DISC read, the icebreakers and a one-off personalised message, and both the analysis and the generation are unlimited on Pro rather than billed against AI credits.

What is missing

No Clay action, no Zapier or n8n app, no LinkedIn Sales Navigator connection and no link to Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist. If your sending already runs on cold email infrastructure, the Humanlinker API and the MCP server are the only two ways to get anything out of it.

Pro’s

  • Research and sending live in one place, so a small team gets contact search, waterfall enrichment, a written sequence, warm-up, inbox rotation and a unified inbox without stitching four subscriptions together.

  • AI Meeting Prep is the strongest thing on the platform, reading your Google or Outlook calendar, spotting the external attendees, and mailing a text or voice brief a few hours before the call.

  • The MCP server is real and documented at api.humanlinker.com/mcp, so you can search their contact database, dedupe against your CRM and assemble a sequence from a Claude conversation.

  • Contact recommendations dedupe against HubSpot and Salesforce before anything is added, so you stop emailing accounts a colleague already owns.

  • The buying signal list is specific where most vendors stay vague, naming fundraising, key hires, acquisitions, mergers, redundancy plans, partnerships, office openings and rebrands, with account lists checked daily.

  • Out-of-office replies are detected and the following step is pushed seven days out, a piece of plumbing that only shows up in tools built by people who run campaigns.

Cons

  • The DISC read is an inference drawn off a public profile, and Humanlinker's own page for the feature names no data source and publishes no accuracy figure, so you are asked to trust a personality verdict on a stranger.

  • Pro costs 828 euros a year and carries 200 AI credits and 200 email enrichments a year, and since one credit writes a sequence while a meeting brief costs three, a rep preparing two calls a week runs the allowance out before the year does.

  • Salesforce only arrives on the Business plan, and the pricing page lists Business as starting from 50 users while the same card calls it ideal for teams of more than five, leaving a ten-person Salesforce team with no published route in.

  • The numbers across their own site disagree, with the MCP page advertising 700 million contacts against 11 million companies on the sales intelligence page, and the platform page still promising a free trial for life while pricing offers 14 days.

  • Reviewers keep reporting that coverage thins outside France and western Europe, and the tool connects to nothing an automated stack runs on, with no Clay, no Zapier or n8n, and no Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist.

How it fits your stack

Diagram showing how Humanlinker fits into a GTM stack: prospect research (Clay, LinkedIn), sequences (Instantly, Lemlist) feed into Humanlinker, and its output flows to cold email (Instantly, Lemlist), linkedin (HeyReach), your crm (HubSpot).

Alternatives

Humanlinker suits a rep who wants the personality read and the sequence in the same window. If you would rather control the research yourself, Clay holds the data and the workflow while ChatGPT writes against your own prompts, Lavender coaches the human doing the typing, and Autobound buys the research layer prebuilt.
