An AI sales engagement platform where agents source, write, send and dial the long tail while reps keep the named accounts, pitched as a replacement for your whole prospecting stack.
What is
Regie.ai
Regie.ai is a sales engagement platform where AI agents and human reps work the same list of accounts. It sources contacts from a built-in database of 220 million records, enriches them, writes and sends email, LinkedIn and voicemail touches, dials the phone, and logs all of it back into Salesforce. The division of labor is the pitch. Reps keep the named accounts and get drafts, call scripts and a prioritized dial list, which Regie calls Co-Pilot. Auto-Pilot agents take the long tail on dynamic touch patterns and hand a prospect back to a human the moment intent spikes. Regie started in 2020 as a copy generator built on GPT-3, and that writing engine still sits under everything it sells. RegieOne, released in 2025, folded sequencing, a nine-line parallel dialer, warmed mailboxes and enrichment waterfalls into one login, with the claim that you can drop Outreach or Salesloft entirely. We would only take Regie.ai to a client running ten or more reps who still dial every day, because the seat minimums put a $21,600 floor under the cheapest plan before anyone has tested the copy. We have not run it at Nebor, and under that headcount Clay feeding Instantly covers the same sourcing and writing.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
Regie.ai wants to be the platform everything else plugs into, so the published list is short and deliberate. It covers the CRM, the two sales engagement platforms it is openly trying to replace, your mailboxes, LinkedIn, and the intent vendors that feed account prioritization.
Salesforce | The only CRM Regie treats as first class, with agent activity, calls, emails and social touches syncing back to the record. The RegieOne pitch assumes Salesforce stays, since the stated end state is that a team needs only Salesforce, RegieOne and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. |
Outreach and Salesloft | Both are listed as full API integrations, so Regie can generate content and push sequences into the platform you already run. Regie also sells itself as the replacement for both, so treat the connector as a bridge during evaluation rather than a permanent arrangement. |
HubSpot | Covered in the help centre through a campaigns and workflows integration you enable under Workspace Settings before you build anything, so the variable tags come out compatible. It gets a single mention on the integrations page against five for Salesforce, which tells you where the engineering attention has gone. |
Gmail, Outlook and SendGrid | Sending runs through your own mailboxes. The Force Multiplier tier bundles ten of them with domains and warming, and mailbox rotation is otherwise an add-on at $50 a user a month for five boxes or $100 for ten. |
LinkedIn and Sales Navigator | Social steps sit in the same sequence as the email and call steps, and Sales Navigator is one of the three tools Regie says you still need alongside it. Reviewers report the usual friction and compliance nerves that come with automating anything inside LinkedIn. |
6sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo and Cognism | Intent and firmographic feeds that decide which accounts the agents work first. They sit on top of the built-in 220 million contact database and Regie's own enrichment waterfall, which matches across several providers before it gives up on a contact. |
What is missing | We found no Zapier app, no n8n node, no Clay integration and no public developer documentation. If your GTM logic lives in Clay or an orchestration layer, Regie is a place you push lists into rather than a component you can wire into a system you own. |
Pro’s
One login covers sequencing, dialing, enrichment and mailbox warming, so a floor already paying for a sales engagement platform plus a data vendor plus a dialer can see the consolidated number land lower.
The Auto-Pilot and Co-Pilot split is a more honest answer than most of this category gives, because reps keep the named accounts and the agents work the long tail nobody was calling anyway.
The dialer is a serious one, running up to nine lines in parallel, dropping voicemails in the rep's own voice and bridging the rep into the call live when a prospect picks up.
Regie publishes per-seat prices and seat minimums on its own pricing page, and in a category where nearly every competitor hides behind a demo form that alone saves you two discovery calls.
A 4.4 average on G2 across roughly 340 reviews is a far thicker evidence base than the 2024-vintage AI SDR startups carrying a dozen reviews and a landing page.
Full API integrations with Outreach and Salesloft mean you can run the agents beside the sales engagement platform you already own and watch them work before committing to a rip and replace.
Cons
Seat minimums are the real price, so AI SEP at $180 a seat needs ten seats and Force Multiplier at $499 needs five, which puts the floor at $21,600 and $29,940 a year before a single add-on.
Regie's own RegieOne announcement said core sales engagement features come completely free, while the live pricing page starts at $180 per seat per month, and that gap is worth raising on the call.
The most repeated complaint across G2 and third-party reviews is that the generated copy reads templated and needs heavy editing before it can be sent, which lands hard on a platform whose original product was the writing.
Auto-Pilot prioritizes on ICP filters and broad intent, so the triggers that make outbound land, a new CRO arriving, a competitor renewal, an active tech evaluation, sit outside what the agents watch for.
Reviewers report wrong phone numbers and mismatched contacts coming out of the enrichment waterfall, and marking a number bad means going back into Outreach to do it.
