ScaledMail is managed cold email infrastructure that builds and maintains warmed, authenticated inboxes across Google, Outlook, and SMTP for high-volume outbound.
What is
ScaledMail
Deliverability is the part of outbound that breaks quietly and takes a whole program down with it. ScaledMail is how we keep that risk off the client's plate. It is a managed cold email infrastructure provider that builds and runs the sending side of an outbound program: the domains, mailboxes, and authentication. You choose your volume and provider mix across Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, or SMTP, and their team provisions the mailboxes, configures SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and runs warmup and deliverability monitoring on an ongoing basis. Pre-aged domains let sending start without a long ramp. In the stack ScaledMail sits underneath your sequencer rather than replacing it. It supplies the healthy inboxes that a tool like Instantly or Lemlist sends through, keeping volume spread across many domains so sender reputation holds even when outbound scales hard. At Nebor we use ScaledMail, alongside Zapmail, to buy aged sending domains and warm mailboxes for both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Client outbound runs on properly warmed, authenticated inboxes from day one, with no scramble to build domains under deadline. We prefer providers that specialize in cold email infrastructure because they understand the nuances of deliverability and build around that reality. It keeps the risk inside a system we own and maintain.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
ScaledMail is managed sending infrastructure, so its integrations are hand-offs rather than software connections, and that is the honest framing:
Smartlead, Instantly, EmailBison, Pipl.ai | The done-for-you part: their team sets up your mailboxes and warmup inside your sequencer for you. |
Any other sequencer | ManyReach, Saleshandy, Apollo, lemlist and the rest connect manually with standard mailbox credentials. |
Google and Microsoft | The mailboxes themselves live on real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts, with all the sending authentication configured before you touch anything. |
Pro’s
Fully managed setup removes domain, DNS, and mailbox work from your plate entirely.
A choice of Google, Outlook, and SMTP lets you spread volume and reduce reputation risk.
Built-in warmup and deliverability monitoring keep inboxes healthy as you scale sends.
Pre-aged and pre-warmed domains mean you can start sending on day one.
Dedicated Slack support gives a fast line when deliverability needs attention.
Cons
Per-inbox pricing runs higher than buying raw mailboxes and configuring them yourself.
Reporting is a paid add-on rather than included in the base price.
It supplies infrastructure only, so you still need a separate sequencer to send campaigns.
Setup takes a few business days, so you cannot spin up new volume instantly.
