A cloud phone system built for teams calling internationally, with numbers in more than 160 countries, four dialing modes running up to ten lines at once, and call records written straight into HubSpot or Pipedrive.
What is
CloudTalk
CloudTalk hands a sales or support team business phone numbers, a dialer in the browser, and a record of every call sitting on the right CRM contact. Numbers come in local, national, mobile and toll-free ranges across more than 160 countries, and the routing behind them gets drawn in a visual call flow builder. Outbound calling runs through four separate dialing modes. Smart and preview dialing ship with the plans, power dialing is a 15 euro seat add-on that the Expert tier includes, and a parallel dialer running ten lines at once with answering machine detection costs 39 euros a seat on top of whatever plan you hold. Around 100 native integrations wire the phone into HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zendesk and Intercom, with Salesforce held back to the top tier. Above the calling sit conversation intelligence for transcripts, summaries, sentiment and call scoring, and Workflow Automations that fire on call events and can POST to any endpoint you name. CloudTalk beats Aircall for a team dialing across Europe or LATAM, since one seat gets you started and the parallel dialer covers volume that a sequential dialer never reaches. We have not run it at Nebor. Pilot it on your real routes first, because dropped calls are the loudest complaint in its review pool.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
CloudTalk lists roughly 100 native integrations, and the one that decides your plan is the CRM. HubSpot works from the cheap tiers with a certified two-way sync, while Salesforce is walled off behind Expert at 49 euros a seat with a three-user minimum.
HubSpot | A certified app with two-way contact sync running every 5 to 10 minutes, so a contact created in either system appears in the other. You choose which call types log as activities, recordings attach to the contact and deal, and call tags and outcomes can trigger HubSpot workflows. Available from the Essential plan. |
Salesforce | The full Salesforce ecosystem integration is reserved for the Expert plan, which also carries the only seat minimum CloudTalk publishes. Budget the tier jump into any Salesforce evaluation, because the same phone system costs a Salesforce team 49 euros a seat against 29 for a HubSpot team. |
Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics and Close | The mid-market CRM spread is unusually deep for a phone vendor and includes Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Close, Kommo, Capsule and Bullhorn, plus the recruiting stack through Greenhouse and Workable. Each pushes click-to-call into the record and logs the call back with a recording link. |
Zendesk, Intercom and the support desks | Zendesk, Freshdesk, Freshservice, Intercom, Help Scout, Front, Gorgias and Kustomer all connect, which is why a support team can share one CloudTalk account with sales rather than paying for a separate contact centre. Tickets open on inbound calls and carry the recording. |
Salesloft, Outreach, Gong and Amplemarket | The sales engagement side is covered so CloudTalk can be the dial layer under a sequencer your team already runs, and Gong picks up the recordings for conversation analysis. Worth checking against CloudTalk's own AI conversation intelligence at 9 euros a seat before paying for both. |
Zapier, Make and Pabbly | The three generalist automation platforms are supported natively, which covers most glue work a small team needs. Pipedream also lists CloudTalk, so a triggered call or a call-event handler can be built without touching the REST API directly. |
REST API and Workflow Automations | The public API at developers.cloudtalk.io covers calls, contacts, agents and analytics with webhooks for call events, and CloudTalk's help centre states a standard limit of 60 requests a minute. Workflow Automations add an API Request action with Bearer or Basic auth, so a call event can POST straight into your own system alongside SMS and Slack actions. |
What is missing | There is no native Clay app and no official n8n node, so both routes run through the REST API, a webhook or a Zapier hop. Attio is absent from the CRM list as well. For a Clay-centred stack this is the join to plan for, since call outcomes have to be pushed out by a Workflow Automation rather than pulled in by a connector. |
Pro’s
Local, national, mobile and toll-free numbers cover more than 160 countries, a wider footprint than most sales phone vendors publish, and it matters the moment your reps dial Europe, LATAM and APAC out of one account.
One seat is enough to start on Lite, Starter and Essential, so a two-person team runs a real phone system for 38 euros a month while Aircall's three-license floor bills 90 dollars before anyone picks up.
The parallel dialer runs ten lines per rep with answering machine detection, so the same platform that answers your inbound queue also carries a cold-calling block without a second dialer contract sitting beside it.
Workflow Automations can fire an API request at any external endpoint when a call event lands, so dispositions and recordings reach Clay, n8n or your warehouse without waiting on a native connector.
Recording storage and analytics history are unlimited from Essential upward, where Aircall caps analytics at six months and sells the rest back as a 15 dollar per-license add-on.
AI voice agents are sold as their own product with published minute pricing from 99 euros a month, so an after-hours receptionist that qualifies and books can run on the numbers your reps already use.
Cons
Call quality and dropped calls are the loudest theme in CloudTalk's public review pools, with Capterra reviewers describing long pauses before a call connects, unstable reception and conference calls that fail outright.
The plan tiles hide most of the outbound firepower behind add-ons, so an Essential seat that needs the parallel dialer and AI notes costs 77 euros a month rather than the 29 euros printed on the page.
Salesforce sits only on the Expert tier at 49 euros a seat with a three-user minimum, so a Salesforce shop pays roughly double a HubSpot shop for the same phone system underneath.
Outbound minutes are allowanced country by country and plan by plan rather than pooled, so a Lite seat gets unlimited US and Canada calling, 250 minutes to Brazil and nothing bundled for EU domestic routes.
Capterra reviewers report signing up month to month and being invoiced for a full 12-month term, and CloudTalk's stated policy gives no refunds on unused time inside that term.
