Person level signal capture across GitHub, community Slack, LinkedIn and your own product, merged into one enriched profile and pushed into your CRM as alerts and outbound.
What is
Common Room
Common Room watches the places your buyers show up before they ever contact you, then puts a name and a company against what they did. A star on your GitHub repo, a question in your community Slack, a comment under a LinkedIn post, all of it lands on one person record. The stitching happens in a feature called Person360, which pulls activity from GitHub, Slack and Discord communities, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, your own product, your CRM and your warehouse. It then enriches that record, so you finish holding a named contact at a company instead of an anonymous handle. RoomieAI layers on top of that record, where its Capture agent hunts for the signals you describe in plain language and its Activate agent drafts outreach off the specific thing the person did. Alerts and scoring push the result into Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach or a Slack channel your reps already watch. Common Room earns its price when your buyers leave traces a normal intent tool cannot see, like a star on a GitHub repo or a question in a community Slack. We have not used it at Nebor, and when your buyers only ever surface on LinkedIn, Trigify, RB2B and Bombora cover that signal for less money.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
Common Room only works if it can read from the places your buyers already are and write into the places your reps already work, so the connector list is the product as much as the interface is.
Salesforce and HubSpot | Two way CRM sync so accounts, contacts and opportunities merge into Person360 profiles and enriched signals write back to the record your reps open every morning. Marketo is listed alongside them for marketing data. |
Slack | Slack works in both directions inside Common Room. Community and internal workspaces act as a signal source, and Slack channels also act as the destination where alerts land so an SDR sees the trigger without opening another tab. Discord, Intercom and Qualified are in the same category. |
Sequencers and dialers | Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Smartlead, Groove and Nooks are named connectors, so a scored contact can be pushed straight into a sequence or a call list rather than exported by hand. |
Developer, community and social sources | GitHub, Stack Overflow, Reddit, DEV, Discourse, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Medium and community platforms such as Bevy, Meetup, Khoros and inSided. This is the part no ordinary intent tool covers, and it is the main reason to buy Common Room at all. |
Data warehouse and reverse ETL | Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks and AWS S3 for direct sync, plus Census, Hightouch and Twilio Segment if your data already routes through a pipeline tool. |
Third party intent and enrichment | Bombora Company Surge topics are bundled into the tiers, and G2, TechTarget and Scarf add category and open source intent. FullEnrich handles contact enrichment, while Gainsight and Vitally cover the customer success side. |
API, Zapier and flat files | A public Common Room API, a Zapier app, and CSV plus Google Sheets import for anything without a native connector. Product usage signals arrive through the API or an SDK rather than a click through setup. |
Where the gaps are | Connector access is tiered, with Essential and Advanced described as select integrations and only Enterprise described as comprehensive, so confirm your specific stack on the call. There is no published MCP server, and the product usage signals that make the platform strongest need engineering time before they produce anything. |
Pro’s
The deepest coverage we found for developer and community sources such as GitHub, Discord and community Slack.
Person360 resolves scattered handles into one enriched contact with a company attached to it.
Integrations reach CRM, sequencers, Slack and the warehouse, so signals land where your reps already work.
RoomieAI Capture lets you define your own signals instead of accepting a fixed topic list.
Bombora Company Surge topics ride along on every tier, so account intent lands beside person level activity.
Cons
The published floor is $2,500 a month billed annually, which is $30,000 a year before add-ons.
Seats, tracked contacts, RoomieAI credits and deanonymization all meter, so the real bill drifts above list.
Pulling that many sources together needs a tuning period before the signal beats the background noise.
Product usage signals, the strongest ones on offer, need SDK or API work from your engineers first.
It needs a named owner in RevOps or marketing to keep the scoring and workflows worth having.
