What is

RB2B

RB2B does person level website visitor identification. It de-anonymizes the people browsing your site, matching US based visitors to a named individual with a LinkedIn profile and, on paid tiers, a business email, then pushing that signal in real time to Slack, Teams, or your CRM. You install a small pixel, connect Slack, and anonymous traffic starts showing up as named prospects with the pages they viewed. Hot Pages and ICP filters cut the noise so your reps only see visitors that fit the profile, and native integrations to HubSpot, Salesforce, and Outreach trigger the workflows downstream. In a GTM system, it sits at the inbound layer as the de-anonymization trigger. RB2B is our default for US based visitors, where it resolves traffic down to the named person, while Leadinfo carries Europe and Snitcher is the clean GA4 alternate. We run RB2B on client sites every day. Each identified visitor is a signal and we route it into Clay for enrichment and scoring against the ICP, then identify the rest of the buying committee before anyone follows up. Used that way, RB2B turns quiet traffic into warm, timely outbound, and the visitor who was an anonymous hit becomes a named account your reps can work.

Integrations and the modern GTM stack

RB2B tells you which people visited your US website, and everything about it is built around pushing that news out fast:

Slack

The signature feature, free plan included: identified visitors post to a Slack channel in real time, so sales sees who is on the site while they are still on it.

Clay

Visitor profiles flow into Clay first for scoring and enrichment, so your team reaches out to the right ones with context.

HubSpot and Salesforce

Identified visitors become records in your CRM automatically.

Instantly, Smartlead, HeyReach

Warm visitors can drop straight into email or LinkedIn sequences while the interest is fresh.

Webhooks

Under every integration is the same simple mechanism: RB2B sends each identified visitor to whatever address you give it. There is no way to pull data out on demand, it is all push.

MCP server

An official package lets Claude use RB2B's separate identity-lookup APIs, which are their own paid product.

Pro’s

Identifies visitors down to the named person and LinkedIn profile, not just the company.

Real-time Slack and Teams alerts let teams act on intent within minutes of a visit.

Setup is genuinely fast, a single pixel and a Slack connection get you live in minutes.

Hot Pages and ICP filters cut noise so reps only see visitors that fit the profile.

Native integrations to HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, and Outreach trigger downstream workflows.

A free tier and transparent published pricing make it easy to test before committing.

Cons

Identification is US-only, so EU and APAC traffic returns no person-level matches.

Person-level match rates sit around 10 to 20 percent, lower than account-level tools.

The monthly credit model creates artificial scarcity once high-traffic sites burn through their cap.

Overage rates add up fast, so heavy traffic can push real cost well past the headline price.

Signal can be noisy, with competitor reps and non-buyers showing up alongside real prospects.
