Company-level LinkedIn ads attribution that matches the companies exposed to your ads against the deals in your CRM, then pushes the engaged ones into Clay or Slack.
What is
Fibbler
Fibbler tells you which companies saw your LinkedIn ads and which of those companies later turned up as pipeline. It pulls company-level exposure straight from LinkedIn, matches it against the accounts and deals in your CRM, and marks a deal influenced when that company had ad touchpoints in the twelve months before the deal was created. The exposure data arrives through LinkedIn's Company Intelligence API, which Fibbler gets as a LinkedIn Marketing Partner. That route covers paid and organic touches and skips the 15,000-company cap on the standard ads analytics API, so a wide ICP audience does not get cut off at the top. The other half of the product acts on that data rather than reporting it. Every company gets an engagement level scored as engagements over impressions, and a Signal pushes the hot ones into Clay, Slack, Zapier or Make on a daily or weekly schedule. Impression caps, ad scheduling and audience exclusions run alongside. We would put Fibbler in once LinkedIn is taking somewhere north of $10k a month, because below that the impression data is too thin for any report to change what you do next. Nebor does not run it, though Understory publish it in their stack. Under that spend, read Campaign Manager and keep the $89.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
Fibbler sits between one ad account and one CRM, so the integration list is short by design and the important detail is which CRM you run. Everything downstream of that happens through webhooks, and the outbound side is where the tool starts earning its keep beyond reporting.
LinkedIn Ads | The reason the product exists. Fibbler is a LinkedIn Marketing Partner for B2B attribution and analytics, which gets it the Company Intelligence API and company-level exposure across paid and organic touches without the 15,000-company per request cap that the standard AdAnalytics API applies. One ad account per workspace. |
HubSpot | Available from the $89 Growth plan. Fibbler reads company and deal records to match ad exposure to pipeline, writes impressions, clicks and engagement back onto the company record, and flags deals as influenced. Historical data goes back twelve months from the day you connect and stretches to twenty four over time. |
Salesforce | Same matching and writeback as HubSpot, but held on the $129 Unlimited plan. If Salesforce is your system of record, treat $129 as the real entry price rather than $89, because the Growth tier will not talk to it at all. |
Attio and Pipedrive | Both included from Growth, which is unusual in this category where attribution vendors normally build for Salesforce and HubSpot and stop. Each workspace connects to exactly one CRM, so a business running two systems needs the Agency plan and a workspace for each. |
Clay | A Signal fires on a daily or weekly schedule and posts engaged companies to a Clay webhook with company name, LinkedIn URL, engagement level, campaign ID, campaign name and timestamp. From there Clay handles the part Fibbler deliberately does not do, finding the people at the account and enriching them. |
Slack | Signals post to a Slack incoming webhook with the same payload, filtered by campaign, engagement level and a seven, thirty or ninety day window. Fibbler's own guidance is to alert only on High and Very High so the channel stays readable, which is sensible advice for any alerting setup. |
Zapier and Make | The same webhook feed lands in either platform, which is how teams route engaged accounts into a sequencer, a spreadsheet or an internal workflow. There is no published REST API, so webhooks out and the CRM connection in are the two doors available to you. |
Google Ads and MCP | Google Ads is a $59 per account monthly add-on that identifies companies behind paid search traffic, capped at 1,000 a month. The MCP server ships on Unlimited and lets you query your Fibbler data from an LLM client, which is a genuinely current touch for a tool this size. |
What is missing | No Meta, Reddit or Bing attribution today, with Meta listed as coming soon. No Microsoft Teams destination for signals, which G2 reviewers on Teams-first companies raise. No contact-level data anywhere, by design, so any person-level work has to happen in Clay or your CRM. |
Pro’s
Exposure data comes from LinkedIn's Company Intelligence API rather than the standard ads analytics endpoint, so an ICP audience wider than 15,000 companies is not truncated before you ever see it.
At $89 to $129 a month it prices like a reporting add-on, while Dreamdata and HockeyStack sell quote-only contracts that land in the tens of thousands a year.
Signals push engaged companies into Clay, Slack, Zapier or Make on a daily or weekly schedule with campaign name and engagement level attached, so the data reaches a rep instead of sitting in a dashboard.
Impression caps, ad scheduling and one-click audience exclusions all work without a CRM connected, and those three controls alone tend to recover budget on an always-on LinkedIn account.
It handles no contact-level personal data at all, hosts in EU regions on Google Cloud, and passed an external security audit by Aikido in February 2026, which shortens the privacy review.
Setup runs about an hour and the 30-day trial needs no card, so you can find out whether your own spend produces enough signal before paying for anything.
Cons
LinkedIn is the whole product on the base plan. Google Ads costs another $59 a month per account and caps at 1,000 identified companies, and any Meta, Reddit or Bing spend stays invisible.
A deal counts as influenced when the company had any ad touchpoint in the twelve months before it was created, so an always-on campaign aimed at your whole ICP will take credit for deals it barely touched.
Everything is company level, so an engagement rate above three percent might be one curious employee refreshing a feed rather than a buying committee, and you still need Clay or your CRM to find the actual people.
Date filtering runs on preset windows of seven, thirty or ninety days, and G2 reviewers keep asking for custom ranges and a longer lookback than the reporting gives them today.
The company is two or three people in Malmo, unfunded, with roughly thirty G2 reviews and SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits still in progress, so enterprise procurement will have questions.
