Private cold email servers from the Forge family, with your own domains and mailboxes on isolated infrastructure, exclusive IP addresses sold at $99 a month each, and a ten-slot minimum to start.
What is
Infraforge
A dedicated IP address only earns its keep once you send enough mail to give it a reputation, and most cold email programs never get close. Infraforge is the private infrastructure product in the Forge family, putting your domains and mailboxes on private servers with their own IP set. Setup runs the same way as the rest of that family. You buy domains inside the app, generate mailboxes in bulk, and Infraforge writes SPF, DKIM and DMARC for you in about five minutes. Pre-warmed domains and mailboxes are available off the shelf, and a Masterbox view collects every message across a workspace. The split from Mailforge comes down to who else sits on your IP. Mailforge spreads mailboxes across shared pools, so you inherit whatever reputation the other tenants built. Infraforge isolates your sending on private servers and sells exclusive IP addresses as a paid add-on, with multi-IP provisioning if you want volume spread across several. We would keep most clients on shared pools or real Google and Microsoft mailboxes and reach for Infraforge only above roughly 300,000 sends a month. A fresh IP starts with zero reputation, and outbound that caps each mailbox at 15 sends a day never feeds it enough traffic to build one.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
Infraforge hands mailboxes off rather than sending anything itself, so its connections are mostly credential exports into a sequencer plus an API for teams that provision at scale. The tightest path runs inside the Forge family, and everything else arrives as SMTP and IMAP logins.
Salesforge | The native route. A Connect Infraforge button in app.salesforge.ai links the infrastructure to your sequences, and the API carries a dedicated export endpoint that pushes mailboxes straight across without a CSV in the middle. Domain and mailbox health monitoring surfaces on the Salesforge side too. |
Smartlead, Instantly, Woodpecker and Reply.io | Handled by exporting mailboxes to CSV and adding them as custom SMTP and IMAP accounts, which is the same path Salesforge documents in its own help centre. Woodpecker is the reference customer here and is cited on the Infraforge homepage as running more than 2,500 mailboxes on the platform. |
Infraforge API | Covers workspaces and IP eligibility checks, domain availability, purchase, transfer, DNS updates, forwarding, masking and auto-renewal, mailbox generation and bulk forwarding, billing credits and pre-warmed inventory. Auth is a key in the Authorization header. No rate limits are published, and the docs suggest client-side throttling with exponential backoff. |
Forge MCP server | A single endpoint at mcp.salesforge.ai/mcp exposes Infraforge provisioning as tools inside Claude and any other MCP client, authenticated with an X-Infraforge-Key header. Buying domains and spinning up mailboxes from an agent is unusual in this category and worth knowing about if you script onboarding. |
Warmforge and Primeforge | Warmforge warms mailboxes hosted on Infraforge without needing a Salesforge subscription, which matters because custom SMTP mailboxes are otherwise gated there. Primeforge covers the Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 side that Infraforge deliberately does not sell, so the two rarely overlap. |
White-label and reseller | Agencies can resell the whole stack under their own brand, taking a 20 percent revenue share with Infraforge handling billing or setting a markup over wholesale and keeping the difference. Multiple workspaces keep client fleets isolated, and the API makes per-client onboarding scriptable. |
What is missing | No native Clay, n8n or Zapier app, and no CRM connection at all, so anything beyond a sequencer goes through the REST API or a spreadsheet. Infraforge also sells no Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, so recipients whose filters favour real Workspace senders see a custom SMTP host instead. |
Pro’s
Private servers take the neighbour risk out of Mailforge's shared pools, so another tenant blasting a scraped list cannot pull your placement down with theirs.
Provisioning is the part that holds up, with domains, mailboxes and DNS records live in about five minutes and bulk DNS updates across the whole fleet from one screen.
Pre-warmed domains and mailboxes ship ready to send, which removes the 30 to 60 day wait teams normally build into a launch plan.
The API covers workspaces, IP eligibility, domain purchase and transfer, mailbox generation, billing credits and exports, and the Forge MCP server exposes the same provisioning inside Claude.
Billing is per slot rather than per live mailbox, so deleting a burned mailbox and creating a replacement costs nothing extra and there is no contract behind it.
The white-label program pays a 20 percent revenue share or lets an agency set its own markup over wholesale, which is a real reason for infrastructure resellers to look here.
Cons
The homepage sells dedicated IPs as the headline, while the pricing page bills IP addresses at $99 each per month on top of the mailbox slots, so the feature you came for is a separate line item.
A fresh dedicated IP starts with no reputation at all, and Infraforge's own comparison guide puts the payoff above 300,000 sends a month with one expert quoted at a million.
Cold email deliberately caps each mailbox at 10 to 20 sends a day to protect the domain, so even a hundred mailboxes land nowhere near the volume an IP needs to build a reputation.
There is no free trial and no monthly billing, so the cheapest way in is ten slots on a quarterly commitment before you have seen a single placement number.
Independent evidence cuts against the pitch in places, with a Reddit tester reporting worse placement on Infraforge than on Mailforge and G2 reviewers flagging price and thin documentation for edge cases.
