lemcal

A scheduling tool from the lemlist team, with branded booking pages that pull in your LinkedIn profile and a link that stops your lemlist campaign the moment a prospect books.

What is

lemcal

A prospect replies to your fourth follow-up asking for a time on Thursday, and the thread turns into three more emails about time zones. lemcal is a scheduling tool that replaces that thread with a branded booking page where the person picks a slot against your live calendar. The booking page is the product's main bet. You pick a template, pull your photo and headline off your LinkedIn profile, and attach posts, articles or images so the page reads like a profile rather than a grid of grey time slots. Each meeting type carries its own availability, buffers, notice window and custom questions. lemcal comes from lempire, the company behind lemlist, and the tie-in is the reason to look at it. You drop the booking link into your lemlist signature or a single sequence step, and lemlist stops the campaign for that lead the moment the meeting is confirmed rather than when they click the link. We would run lemcal only if lemlist is already your sender, because that stop-the-sequence link is the one thing Calendly and Cal.com need Zapier to match. Our own inbound and post-meeting workflows sit on Cal.com for the open API and webhooks, and lemcal's read-only API and unfinished CRM story do not move us off it.

Integrations and the modern GTM stack

lemcal's integration list is short and deliberate. Calendars and meeting rooms are covered properly, lemlist is the one connection built with real depth, and everything else runs through Zapier, webhooks or the API until the native CRM work lands.

lemlist

The reason the tool exists. You add the booking link to your lemlist sending settings under Email Signature or drop it into a single sequence step, and the campaign stops for that lead when the meeting is confirmed rather than when the link is clicked. Guests who skip your booking questions can also be pushed into a lemlist campaign.

Google Calendar and Microsoft

Two-way calendar connection that reads your existing events for conflicts and writes the booking back. Starter allows one connected calendar and Pro allows five, which matters if you juggle a personal and a work account on different providers.

Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams

Set as the location on a meeting type, and the conferencing link is generated on the booking and carried into the calendar invite and the reminder emails. Google Meet and Zoom are both available on the free plan.

Zapier

The lemcal Zapier app currently exposes a single trigger, New Meeting, with an optional filter by meeting type. That covers routing a booking into a CRM, a Slack channel or a Clay table, though there are no actions, so nothing writes back into lemcal from Zapier.

REST API and webhooks

Documented at developer.lemcal.com. Basic auth using your userId and an API key generated under Settings then Integrations, rate limited to 20 requests every 2 seconds. Endpoints list booked meetings, list and fetch meeting types, and create or delete webhooks, so it is a read-and-notify API with no endpoint for creating a booking.

Stripe

Powers paid bookings on the Pro plan, so a paid consultation is charged at the point the slot is taken. lemcal's docs note that paid bookings do not work through the embedded widget, so those meeting types have to be booked on the hosted page.

Calendly and HubSpot import

A one-click importer that copies your existing meeting types, durations and availability across when you switch. Worth reading as a migration tool only, since the HubSpot side is a configuration import and does not create or update CRM records after the move.

What is missing

There is no native CRM sync yet, and lemcal lists it as coming soon on Pro. We found no dedicated n8n node and no Slack app, so both come down to the webhook or a Zapier hop. There is nothing resembling Chili Piper's form routing or lead-to-owner matching either, and the in-product routing only redirects a guest between your own meeting types based on their answers.

Pro’s

  • The Starter plan is a working product rather than a trial, with one connected calendar, three meeting types, reminder emails, custom questions and the lemlist link, and no card on file.

  • The booking link stops the lemlist campaign for that lead once the meeting is confirmed, which removes the Zapier hop teams normally build between a scheduler and their sender.

  • The page carries your photo, headline, posts and articles pulled from LinkedIn, so a cold prospect lands on something that reads like a person rather than an empty slot grid.

  • One-click import of your Calendly or HubSpot configuration means a switch takes minutes instead of an afternoon spent rebuilding every meeting type by hand.

  • Pro is $7 per seat per month on annual billing, which undercuts Calendly Standard at $10 and Cal.com Teams at $12 for a comparable set of booking features.

  • There is documented REST API access with meeting, meeting-type and webhook endpoints, so a booking can trigger downstream work without waiting on the Zapier app.

Cons

  • The whole pull is the lemlist tie-in, so if your sending runs through Instantly, Smartlead or a Clay workflow you are buying an ordinary booking page with a smaller ecosystem than Calendly's.

  • Native CRM integration is still marked coming soon on the Pro plan, so bookings reach HubSpot or Salesforce through Zapier or the API rather than a supported connector.

  • Team scheduling stops at round robin with priority stars, and lemcal's own docs say distribution is influenced by availability first, so a team wanting real routing rules will outgrow it.

  • The site claims lemcal reduces no-shows by 30 percent without publishing the sample or the method behind it, and we found nothing to back the figure up.

  • G2 lists roughly 60 reviews at 4.7 stars against thousands for Calendly, so the evidence base is thin and review sites are still quoting a stale $16 price.

How it fits your stack

Diagram showing how lemcal fits into a GTM stack: website (Framer, Webflow), cold email (Instantly, Smartlead) feed into lemcal, and its output flows to calendars (Gmail), your crm (HubSpot, Pipedrive), automation (n8n, Zapier).

Alternatives

lemcal earns its place inside the lempire stack, so start with lemlist if the sequencer itself is the question. Cal.com is the pick when you want an open API, webhooks and self-hosting, Calendly is the safe default with the deeper integration marketplace, and Chili Piper handles inbound routing and instant booking off a form at a scale lemcal has never aimed at.
