Chili Piper

Real time inbound qualification, routing and booking that turns a form fill into a meeting on the right rep's calendar before the visitor leaves.

What is

Chili Piper

Chili Piper is inbound scheduling and routing software, and its job is narrow on purpose. When someone fills out a form on your site, it qualifies them against your rules in real time, matches them to the right rep, and puts a meeting on the calendar before that person leaves the page. The product grew up as a set of modules that stack. Form Concierge qualifies and books straight off your forms. Distro assigns leads by territory, round robin or account ownership. Handoff moves a prospect from SDR to AE. Instant Booker books from the inbox. Newer packaging bundles these into tiers with AI credits. In a stack, it owns one layer: the gap between a form submission and a booked call, writing the result back to Salesforce or HubSpot. What sends the traffic, what scores the intent, and what runs follow-up after the meeting all still live somewhere else in your system. Our read is conditional. It does its one job well, and it earns its place when inbound volume is high enough to justify a dedicated routing layer. Below that line, teams end up paying for forms, an automation tool and Chili Piper to do what one platform could handle. A fair number eventually consolidate.

Integrations and the modern GTM stack

Chili Piper routes and books meetings at the exact moment someone shows interest, wired deep into CRM and calendars:

Salesforce

The org-wide deployment: prospect matching, event sync and routing rules all driven by your CRM data.

HubSpot

Forms, lifecycle stages and ownership decide the routing, with contacts syncing both ways.

Google and Office 365 calendars

The booking engine itself, reading real availability.

Marketing forms

Marketo, Pardot and Eloqua submissions qualify, route and book instantly, so a form fill becomes a meeting before interest cools.

Salesloft, Outreach and Slack

Cadence replies hand off into booked meetings, with alerts in channels. On the data side, Clay, ZoomInfo and Apollo connect too.

API and webhooks

A developer API for embedding booking into your own product, plus signed notifications on booking events. No MCP yet.

Pro’s

Closes the gap between a form fill and a booked call, which is where most inbound leads go cold.

Routing logic is deep enough to handle territories, account ownership and complex round robin rules.

Writes cleanly back to Salesforce and HubSpot so the CRM reflects what actually happened.

Teams that switch to instant booking usually see form to meeting conversion climb.

Handoff and reminder flows cut the no show rate on inbound demos.

Cons

It is one module of the inbound flow, not the whole system, so you still buy forms and an automation layer around it.

Pricing is modular and seat based with annual commitments, so the real bill is well above the headline per seat number.

Routing rules and CRM mapping take real setup time and someone to own them.

Hard to justify if inbound volume is low, since the cost per booked meeting gets ugly fast.

Some teams consolidate the forms plus automation plus Chili Piper stack into a single platform instead.

How it fits your stack

Alternatives

Right for B2B teams with enough inbound form volume that leads are being lost between submission and follow-up, and with a CRM clean enough to route against. Overkill for low volume inbound or teams still building the demand.
