Done-for-you Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes for cold email, with DNS configured by hand, profiles filled in, and the accounts uploaded straight into Smartlead or Instantly.
What is
Premium Inboxes
Standing up 200 cold email mailboxes by hand means dozens of separate Google Workspace tenants, a DNS record set for every domain, and a week of admin panels before the first email goes out. Premium Inboxes takes that job off your desk, selling real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes with the setup already finished. You choose the provider and the inbox count, point your domains at them, and their engineers configure and verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC by hand instead of leaning on a script. Profile photos, forwarding rules and the upload into Smartlead or Instantly come with it, and they advertise delivery inside six hours. What you are buying is a service wearing a dashboard, since there is no API and no self-serve provisioning panel behind it. You file an intake form and a human comes back with working mailboxes. Replacements are unlimited on every tier, which earns its keep the day Google suspends a batch. We would point a client here when they want real Google or Microsoft mailboxes and want somebody else to own the setup. Nebor buys aged domains and warmed mailboxes from Zapmail, ScaledMail and Mailreef, because our builds provision programmatically, and the human loop that makes this service pleasant is the part you cannot script.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
Premium Inboxes has no API and no app directory, so its integrations are really two lists: the mailbox providers it resells, and the sequencers it will connect your mailboxes to before handing them over. Everything else is an SMTP and IMAP connection you make yourself.
Google Workspace | Licensed Workspace accounts on your domains, delivered with profile photos, forwarding rules and verified SPF, DKIM and DMARC. This is the side buyers report as the more stable of the two, and Understory's published GTM stack names Premium Inboxes as its primary Google infrastructure for personalised outreach. |
Microsoft 365 | The same done-for-you build on Microsoft 365 Business accounts at the same price per inbox. This is also where the complaints cluster, with accounts disconnecting after setup and reports of batches suspended together, so buy a small first order and watch it for a fortnight. |
Smartlead | One of the two sequencers Premium Inboxes uploads into for you as part of setup, so the mailboxes appear in your campaigns already connected. You give them access at intake and they notify you when the accounts are live inside the tool. |
Instantly | The other native upload target, handled the same way at handover. Between the two, this covers the sequencers most cold email teams already use, and it is the shortest path from paying for inboxes to sending from them. |
Other sequencers | InboxKit's teardown also lists Salesforge, Pipl.ai and Prospi.ai as supported upload targets, which we could not confirm on Premium Inboxes' own site. Anything outside that set, including Apollo, Lemlist, Reply and Saleshandy, means connecting each mailbox by SMTP and IMAP yourself. |
Domains and registrars | You buy and hold the domains at Porkbun, Namecheap, Cloudflare or GoDaddy, then hand over registrar access so their engineers can write and verify the records. Procurement only becomes their job on the Enterprise tier through the Domain Engine module or inside the managed Email Control Centre. |
Dashboard and monitoring | A real-time inbox health dashboard ships on every tier, with 24-hour health checks and alerts from Growth up and active monitoring at Enterprise. Standard tiers carry no published blacklist alerting or DNS-drift detection, so most teams still point a separate deliverability tool at the estate. |
What is missing | There is no developer API, no Zapier or n8n app, and no way to provision or replace a mailbox from code. Every order and every replacement goes through an intake form and a person, which is fine at a few hundred inboxes and awkward if you rebuild sending infrastructure per client on a schedule. |
Pro’s
These are licensed Google and Microsoft accounts sending from the providers' own IP ranges, so you avoid inheriting whatever a shared SMTP pool did last week.
Engineers configure and verify the DNS by hand rather than leaning on a script, and manual verification catches the registrar quirks that silently break DKIM on a bulk push.
Mailboxes arrive already connected inside Smartlead or Instantly, so the gap between paying and sending is measured in hours rather than the week a manual tenant build takes.
Unlimited replacements come with every tier including the cheapest one, so a suspended batch costs you time rather than another invoice.
Trustpilot shows 4.9 across more than 400 reviews with the founder named repeatedly in them, which is rare in a category where support usually means a ticket queue.
There is no commitment and no minimum order, so you can buy fifty inboxes, test placement for a month, and walk away without a contract conversation.
Cons
There is no API and no self-serve provisioning panel, so every order, change and replacement goes through a human, and that ceiling shows up fast if you provision infrastructure from code.
Warm-up is initiated at handover, but the pool, the ramp and the pass criteria are published nowhere, and at least one review has buyers doing the warm-up themselves anyway.
The Microsoft 365 side draws the most complaints, with accounts disconnecting after setup and reports of whole batches suspended together, so test a small Microsoft order before you commit volume.
Domains are yours to buy and register elsewhere, and the Domain Engine module that handles procurement is listed only on the Enterprise tier at 1,250 inboxes and up.
At $3.50 an inbox you pay a clear premium for the Google and Microsoft label, since the same monthly spend on Mailreef buys a dedicated server carrying 150 mailboxes.
