An AI assistant that texts, emails and calls your inbound leads, qualifies them against your script, books the meeting and transfers the hot ones to a rep.
What is
Structurely
Structurely answers your inbound leads by text, email and phone, keeps chasing them for months, and hands over the ones who reply with real intent. The AI qualifies against a script, books the meeting on your calendar, and can transfer a warm caller straight to a rep on the line. The company has spent nine years on real estate and mortgage, and its own pages carry the proof, with United Wholesale Mortgage, Rocket, Sierra Interactive and CINC on show. It now markets into insurance, home improvement, universities and sports, all on the engine those two industries built. Today the product ships as Structurely AI 3 for general revenue teams and Switch AI for mortgage, both running on conversation trees with branching logic and intent detection rather than an open model. Leads arrive from forms, ads and marketplaces, and every message, call attempt and booking writes back into the CRM. We would not put a B2B SaaS client on Structurely, because the scripts, routing and conversation library behind it were tuned on home buyers and borrowers rather than on a six-month enterprise deal. Nebor has not run it, and a mortgage or real estate team drowning in form fills is the buyer with a fair case.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
Structurely is sold as CRM-native, so almost every integration is about writing an AI conversation back onto a lead record that somebody else's software owns. The depth is real in real estate and mortgage CRMs and noticeably thinner everywhere else.
Follow Up Boss | The most documented connection of the set. It installs as an embedded app using your Follow Up Boss API key, leads get enrolled by tag or from inside the app, the AI conversation appears on the activity timeline in real time, an agent can mute the AI and take the thread over, and a tag fires when a lead needs human follow-up. |
Sierra Interactive, BoomTown, CINC, RealGeeks and FirePoint | The real estate CRM set Structurely names as customers and partners on its own homepage and overview page. This is where nine years of integration work has gone, and it is the reason most buyers find the product at all. |
HubSpot and Salesforce | Both are listed as supported CRMs, with messages, call attempts, qualification updates and booked appointments written back automatically. We could not find public setup documentation for either one, so confirm the field mapping and the write-back behaviour during the demo rather than after signing. |
Calendars and live transfer | Appointment scheduling and live transfer availability get their own help centre section, where you set the windows the AI is allowed to book into and the hours a human is on the line to accept a transfer. No specific calendar product is named anywhere public, so ask which ones connect natively. |
Phone, SMS and the dialer | Structurely provisions local phone numbers and sells an AI Power Dialer as a paid add-on, claiming a 31 percent lift in answer rate from local number matching. Consent capture and TCPA handling for AI texting and calling remain your obligation as the sender, and nothing on the public pages takes that off your plate. |
REST API and webhooks | Named on the pricing page only inside the White Label tier, alongside multi-tenant architecture and a partner success team. There is no public API documentation and we found no Zapier, Make or n8n app, so programmatic access effectively starts at a custom quote. |
What is missing | No Clay connector, and nothing that reaches cold email infrastructure such as Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist. Structurely expects to sit on inbound leads already inside a CRM, so an outbound engine built in Clay has no clean way to hand it work or read its output back. |
Pro’s
Nine years and 13 million conversations inside one narrow domain mean the qualification flows have met far more real home buyer and borrower replies than any AI SDR launched in the last two years has seen.
Live transfer is the part most AI agents skip, and handing a warm caller to a rep while they are still on the phone beats booking a slot the lead forgets about by Thursday.
Follow-up keeps running past twelve months, so the lead who said next spring gets picked up again long after your reps have stopped opening that record.
The CRM work goes deeper than a token sync, with conversations landing on the Follow Up Boss timeline as notes, a mute button for the agent who wants to take over, and a tag that fires when a lead needs a human.
Local phone numbers and the built-in dialer are aimed at the answer rate rather than the send volume, and Structurely puts that lift at 31 percent on its own homepage.
Every plan includes a pilot period, so you can run it against your own lead flow before the annual contract starts.
Cons
The January 2026 pricing reset moved the entry point to $499 a month plus per-action credits with $2,000 of onboarding on top, which is roughly double what the $179 to $299 per-lead tiers cost the solo agents who built this customer base.
Every script, objection path and qualification rule was tuned on home buyers and borrowers, so a B2B SaaS team inherits logic written for a purchase decision that closes in weeks and a buyer who answers their own phone.
Qualification runs on conversation trees, and testers report the agent snapping back to its original branch a turn after a lead steers the conversation somewhere the script did not plan for.
Independent evidence is thin for a nine-year-old product, with a single G2 review and six on Capterra, one of them describing a cancellation request that turned into a $1,300 charge and no reply from support.
CapStone Holdings bought the company in January 2026 and installed a new CEO and a new CRO within ten weeks, so the roadmap you are buying into is being set by owners who arrived this year.
