Wiza

A Sales Navigator export tool with a contact database bolted on, revealing verified work emails and mobiles for the profiles you tick and dropping the finished list into your CRM.

What is

Wiza

Wiza takes a LinkedIn Sales Navigator search and gives you back the same people with verified work emails and mobile numbers attached. You tick the profiles inside Sales Navigator, the Chrome extension opens a list setup screen, and the finished file lands on your Lists page to download or push into a CRM. The rest of the product grew around that export. Wiza Prospect searches its own database of 850 million contacts with more than 30 filters, AI Research asks the live web a question about each prospect and returns a yes, a number or a short answer, and an API reveals contacts one at a time. The accuracy numbers need reading with care. Wiza advertises 99% email accuracy, and that figure describes the addresses it hands back after verification rather than how much of your list comes back filled. An independent audit of 1.3 million lookups between March and May 2026 put its hit rate at 55.2%, the best of four finders tested. Wiza is what we would hand someone whose lists start as a Sales Navigator search and need to leave as a clean CSV, because that job is the one it was built around. Nebor does not use it, and 2,500 monthly export credits with a 500-reveal daily limit on unlimited plans would throttle a Clay table.

Integrations and the modern GTM stack

Wiza's integrations split cleanly in two. On the input side it reads LinkedIn surfaces through the Chrome extension, and on the output side it pushes finished contacts into a CRM, a sequencer or a workflow tool. The API and the Clay action are the only routes that skip LinkedIn entirely.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

The surface the product was built for. You select profiles in the search results, create a list from the Wiza panel, then pick profile data, profile plus email, or profile plus email and phone. Sales Navigator itself shows 100 pages of a standard people search, so roughly 2,500 people per search, and only 40 pages on a connections-of search.

LinkedIn, Recruiter and CSV

The same extension exports your own connections and a plain LinkedIn people search, and Recruiter projects are supported for sourcing work. A CSV upload lets you enrich a list that never came from LinkedIn, which is the one input route that does not need a Sales Navigator seat.

HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive

Contacts sync straight out of a finished list, into Salesforce as either leads or contacts and into HubSpot with deal creation attached. Worth knowing before you set one up: a list configured for two-way sync will not accept contacts added by hand afterwards.

Outreach and Salesloft

Both connect from the Integrations page in the Wiza dashboard and take enriched prospects directly into sequences and cadences. Salesloft is the more recent of the two and arrived as a direct integration rather than through Zapier.

Attio, Zoho CRM and Creatio

The smaller half of the native CRM set, each documented in the Wiza help centre with its own setup guide. Attio publishes its side of the connection in its own app directory, which is a reasonable sign the integration is maintained rather than announced once.

Clay

Clay ships five Wiza actions covering work email, personal email, phone number, professional profile lookup and a SHA256 hashed personal email for ad audience matching. Each bills to Clay credits or your own Wiza key, and this is the cleanest way to use Wiza as one rung of a waterfall rather than as a standalone list builder.

n8n and Zapier

Wiza builds and maintains its own n8n node, and n8n has verified it, so a reveal can live inside a workflow with no custom HTTP calls. Zapier covers everything else and is the usual route into tools with no direct connector.

API

Two paths worth separating. The lists endpoints create a bulk list from Sales Navigator, Recruiter or a CSV, and individual_reveals handles one contact at a time. Credits are bought upfront, cost 1 for a profile match, 2 for an email and 5 for a phone, and are only spent when data comes back. Starter API allows 5 concurrent requests, Enterprise starts at 15, and the queue holds 200 times your concurrency.

What is missing

We found no Make.com app for Wiza, so that route means a webhook or the raw API. Access is also worth checking before you build: the pricing page lists API access as a Team plan feature while the help centre describes buying API credits from a free account, and those two statements do not agree.

Pro’s

  • The export is the entire point of the tool, so a Sales Navigator search of a few hundred people becomes a verified CSV in one pass with no copy and paste and no second enrichment step bolted on afterwards.

  • Verification happens at the moment you reveal a contact rather than being read out of a cache, and on a list built from job titles that is the difference between mailing a live address and mailing someone who left in March.

  • An independent audit of 1.3 million lookups done between March and May 2026 put Wiza's hit rate at 55.2%, ahead of ContactOut at 48.2% and RocketReach at 29.8% over the same window.

  • Overage pricing is published rather than negotiated, at 15 cents a valid email and 35 cents a phone number, so a month where the list stretches long carries a cost you can work out in advance.

  • It reaches a stack through native HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Outreach, Salesloft and Attio sync, five Clay actions, an n8n node Wiza builds itself and an API that charges nothing when a lookup comes back empty.

  • The free plan hands over 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers a month with no card, which is enough to measure the hit rate against your own accounts before anyone talks about a contract.

Cons

  • Every headline workflow starts inside LinkedIn, so a Sales Navigator seat at roughly $99 a month lands underneath the $49 to $199 you already pay Wiza before a single contact is revealed.

  • The annual plans sold as unlimited carry a fair use ceiling of 500 reveals in 24 hours and 50 in any 5 minutes, and export credits stop at 2,500 a month on every plan including those unlimited ones.

  • Wiza's own help centre states it cannot guarantee an account will never be challenged or restricted, and any restriction lands on the LinkedIn login your reps use every day while only LinkedIn can lift it.

  • The 99% figure covers addresses Wiza returns after verification, and testing on real lists puts the share of a file that comes back filled closer to 55%, so budget for the rows it leaves blank.

  • Evaboot does the same Sales Navigator export from around $9 a month with no phone numbers, so the $49 entry point only earns itself once you want the mobiles and the database behind them.

How it fits your stack

Diagram showing how Wiza fits into a GTM stack: saved searches (LinkedIn Sales Navigator) feed into Wiza, and its output flows to enrichment (Clay), cold email (Smartlead, Lemlist), your crm (HubSpot).

Alternatives

Wiza is only as useful as the Sales Navigator seat underneath it, so price that first. Prospeo and Findymail do the same verified-email job from a name and a domain with no LinkedIn session in the loop, and Clay calls all three from one table so you can chain them as a waterfall.
