Multi-account LinkedIn outreach from the cloud at $49 per connected account, with a shared inbox, campaigns that split one list across your senders, and rented profiles when you need more.
What is
Aimfox
Aimfox is cloud software that runs LinkedIn outreach from many LinkedIn accounts at once. You connect a profile through its Chrome extension without handing over a password, build a campaign from a search, a Sales Navigator list or the people who engaged with a post, and every reply lands in one inbox. Every connected account is a paid seat at $49 a month, and a multi-account campaign divides one target list across those seats in batches. A target locks to the account that touches it, so two of your profiles never open the same prospect. A REST API, webhooks, an n8n node and an MCP server sit behind it. Safety rests on geo-matched login locations that Aimfox says cover 60 countries and more than 10,000 IP addresses, with your own proxy allowed instead. Aimfox also rents pre-warmed LinkedIn profiles as a separate product, for teams who want more senders than they have people. Aimfox is worth a look below roughly 45 connected accounts, the point where HeyReach's flat $999 agency plan finally undercuts $499 for 20 Aimfox seats plus $20 for each one after that. We keep client systems on HeyReach because the review base under Aimfox is thin and its integrations are younger.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
Aimfox publishes a proper integrations directory and backs most of it with a documented REST API and webhooks, which is unusual at this price. Two of the listed connectors are still marked coming soon, so check the ones you plan to depend on before you migrate anything.
Clay | Listed as a native integration for enrichment and personalisation, so a Clay table can build and score the list before it reaches a campaign. Aimfox does not publish a Clay-side action of its own, so the practical route is Clay's HTTP API step against the Aimfox API or an n8n hop in between. |
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Close | HubSpot and Salesforce are described as two-way syncs that keep leads and pipeline in step, with Pipedrive and Close covering opportunity and deal tracking. Aimfox also ships a lead database and light CRM of its own, so small teams can run without a CRM connected at all. |
Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison | Two-way syncs with the main cold email platforms, so a prospect can get a LinkedIn touch and an email touch inside the same play. Aimfox sends nothing over email itself, so the email tool stays a separate subscription on top of the seat. |
n8n, Zapier, Make and Pabbly | n8n gets two community nodes, an action node and a trigger node, covering campaigns, conversations, leads, labels, templates, custom variables and blacklists with real-time webhook triggers. Zapier and Make are documented in the help centre and Pabbly is listed alongside them. |
REST API and webhooks | A public API at docs.aimfox.com with webhooks for campaign and reply events, and the n8n and Zapier connectors are built on top of it. One hands-on reviewer noted that getting API keys and webhooks working took real time, so budget an afternoon rather than ten minutes. |
MCP server | An OAuth-authenticated MCP server with setup guides for Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Raycast and Cursor. It exposes accounts and action limits, campaign creation, lead search, labels and notes, conversations and message sending, templates, analytics, webhooks and blacklists, and it needs an active subscription on any plan. |
Chrome extension | The extension syncs a LinkedIn session into Aimfox without a password handover, which is the safer way to connect an account and the route Aimfox recommends. It also handles adding profiles to campaigns while you browse LinkedIn. |
Slack, RB2B and Masterinbox | Slack pushes lead engagement notifications to a channel, RB2B feeds identified website visitors into outreach, and Masterinbox covers unified inbox management. These are the lighter connectors and none of them carry the two-way sync label that the CRM and email ones do. |
What is missing | Weezly for personalised video and Trigify for timing signals are both still marked coming soon on the integrations page. There is no native email sending, no built-in lead database to search, and no LinkedIn Sales Navigator seat included, so targeting and enrichment both happen upstream. |
Pro’s
At $49 per connected account it comes in about 38 percent under HeyReach's $79 per sender, and the $499 agency tier for 20 seats holds that gap until roughly 45 accounts.
Multi-account campaigns divide one target list into batches across your senders and lock each target to the account that touched it, so nobody gets messaged twice by your own team.
The integration list is long for a tool at this price, covering Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, RB2B, n8n, Make, Pabbly and Zapier.
An MCP server exposes campaigns, leads, conversations, templates and analytics to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor over OAuth, so an agent can enrol leads or read reply history without custom code.
Accounts connect through the Chrome extension rather than a password handover, and you can route any account through your own static proxy if your client's security team asks for it.
Support is the one thing every review source agrees on, with G2, Capterra and independent hands-on tests all describing replies in minutes rather than days.
Cons
The review base is thin for a product marketed this widely, roughly 37 ratings on G2 and 21 on Capterra, and the 59 AppSumo buyers score it 4.03 against the 4.7 the directories show.
The rented profile product draws the sharpest complaints, including a Capterra reviewer who described unprofessional profiles that disconnected often and produced close to zero conversions.
Published prices conflict badly, with $39, $49 and $59 all quoted for a seat and the Avatar plan listed at both $129 and $387, so price it off the pricing page and confirm on a call.
Connect campaigns that carry a note need LinkedIn Premium on every worker account and multi-account campaigns are unavailable for inbound types, so the cheap seat understates the real bill.
Aimfox is young and unfunded with a small team behind it, and at least one AppSumo reviewer reported a LinkedIn ban. No vendor in this category can rule that risk out.
