A LinkedIn Chrome extension from the Cognism group that returns European mobile numbers and emails on a free plan, with a web app for lead lists, CSV enrichment and outreach workflows behind it.
What is
Kaspr
Calling a European prospect usually means hunting for a mobile number that a US-built database never held, while the office line rings in an empty room. Kaspr was built for that gap, putting a Chrome extension on the LinkedIn profile you are already reading and returning the person's mobile number and work email in one click. The extension works on profiles, search results, groups, events and Sales Navigator, with bulk enrichment straight off a list. Behind it sits a web app holding lead lists, CSV enrichment and LinkedIn workflows that fire connection requests and follow-ups on a delay. Kaspr claims over 500 million numbers and emails across 200 million profiles. Cognism bought Kaspr in April 2022 and runs it as a separate product with its own database. Buying Kaspr does not get you Cognism. Diamond Data, the mobiles a human dialled to confirm, plus Bombora intent and the Salesloft and Outreach connectors stay on the Cognism contract, and Kaspr's intent line needs an Enterprise quote. Kaspr is the cheapest honest way to put a European mobile number on screen, and we would hand it to a founder or a lone SDR who lives inside LinkedIn. It stays out of the systems we build because Clay carries no Kaspr provider, so the data only reaches a table by CSV or API.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
Kaspr is a browser extension with a light web app attached, so its integrations are all one-way pushes out of LinkedIn into a CRM, a sequencer or a dialler. The CRM connectors and Zapier open up from the Starter plan, and API access is a Business feature you request rather than switch on.
LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter Lite | The core surface. The extension shows phone numbers and emails on a profile, a search result, a group or an event attendee list, and enriches in bulk from a list. Sales Navigator support starts on Starter and Recruiter Lite support needs Business, which is the main practical reason recruiters move up a tier. |
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM | One-click push of an enriched contact into the CRM as a lead or contact record, mapped through a properties screen in Kaspr settings. The flow runs outward from Kaspr only, so nothing reads your CRM back to suppress duplicates or check ownership before a rep exports. |
Lemlist and Brevo | Contacts move into a Lemlist campaign or a Brevo list from the extension, the Leads tab or an automated workflow, connected by API key. Kaspr writes a Kaspr_source field onto the Lemlist record for GDPR and CCPA tracking, which is a sensible touch for anyone who has to answer where a contact came from. |
Ringover and Aircall | Click to dial from inside the Kaspr web app, so a rep can work a freshly enriched list without moving into a separate dialler. Both are the natural pairing for the phone-first motion Kaspr is sold on, and both are their own paid subscriptions. |
Zapier | The escape hatch for everything Kaspr does not connect to natively, covering the sequencers and databases missing from the list above. It carries the same one-way shape, moving a Kaspr lead outward on a trigger, and it is available from Starter up. |
API | A REST API for enrichment against Kaspr's database, listed as a Business plan feature and opened on request through support rather than self-serve. Kaspr publishes a setup article but no public rate limits or endpoint reference, so plan a conversation with them before building anything on it. |
Cognism | There is no integration here, and that is the point. Kaspr and Cognism run as separate products on independent databases, so a Cognism contract does not include Kaspr and Kaspr does not reach Diamond Data, Bombora intent, or the native Salesloft, Outreach and Microsoft Dynamics connectors that ship with Cognism. |
What is missing | No Clay provider, no n8n app, no Instantly or Smartlead connection, and no Outreach or Salesloft. If your data lives in a Clay table or your sending runs on cold email infrastructure, Kaspr only reaches it through Zapier, the API or a person exporting a CSV, which is the ceiling on using it as an engine part. |
Pro’s
The free plan is a working product rather than a demo, giving 5 phone credits, 15 B2B emails and 5 direct emails every month, so you can measure coverage on your own accounts before a card comes out.
European mobile coverage is the real reason to pick it, since Kaspr's dataset gave Cognism close to 30% more mobile coverage in its key markets at acquisition and still leans on France, the UK, Germany and Spain.
Entry pricing of $49 a seat a month on annual billing puts a European mobile on screen for a fraction of a Cognism platform fee plus seat, and you can buy it on a credit card with no procurement cycle.
B2B work emails are uncapped on both paid tiers, so an email-only motion never burns a credit and the whole credit budget goes to phone numbers and personal addresses.
Contacts push straight into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Brevo and Lemlist, and the Ringover and Aircall connections let a rep dial from inside the Kaspr web app.
Cons
France's CNIL fined Kaspr 240,000 euros in December 2024 for collecting the contact details of LinkedIn users who had restricted visibility to their first and second-degree connections, for holding records five years past each update, and for answering access requests with a generic line about public sources.
Starter gives 100 phone credits and only 5 direct email credits a licence each month, which works out under five dials a working day and roughly one personal address a week, so any serious calling motion is on Business or buying packs from day one.
The review scores split badly, with roughly 4.4 out of 5 on G2 across 800-plus reviews against 1.5 out of 5 on Trustpilot, where the repeated complaints are auto-renewal, a one-month cancellation notice on annual plans and refused refunds.
User reports put the phone hit rate nearer 50 to 65% than the accuracy the marketing implies, and reviewers say the record does not tell them whether a number is a personal mobile or a shared desk line.
Nothing here reaches an automated stack cleanly, because Clay lists no Kaspr provider and there is no n8n app, leaving Zapier, a manual CSV or the API as the only ways out of the tool.
