A Chrome extension that captures verified emails and mobiles into Salesforce, Outreach or HubSpot, tracks job changes on your champions, and keeps CRM records enriched on a schedule.
What is
LeadIQ
LeadIQ is a capture tool with a database attached, and that ordering explains most of what it does well and where it runs out. A rep sits on a LinkedIn profile, opens the Chrome extension, takes the work email and mobile, and pushes the record into Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft or HubSpot in one click. The platform sits on a claimed 750 million professional profiles and organises around four jobs. It finds the contact, tracks signals on accounts and champions, writes the message with Scribe, and keeps Salesforce records fresh through scheduled enrichment. LeadIQ publishes a 97.5% email delivery rate and an 85% mobile match rate. Signal tracking is where it stretches past contact lookup. You upload target accounts or sync contacts from the CRM, and LeadIQ watches job changes, hiring, funding, 10-K mentions and podcast appearances, then pushes daily digests into the app and your inbox. Data Hub aims the same engine at Salesforce hygiene for RevOps. We would put LeadIQ in front of an SDR floor that lives inside Salesforce and Outreach and wants cleaner records without starting a data ops project. It sits awkwardly next to how we build, since our lists get assembled and waterfalled inside Clay where the fallback order and the credit maths stay ours.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
LeadIQ's integrations exist to end the same sentence every time, which is a captured contact landing in a system a rep already works in. The CRM and sales engagement connections are the product, and the programmatic routes through the API, Clay and MCP are newer and thinner.
Salesforce | The deepest connection by a distance. Capture creates or updates leads, contacts and accounts with custom field mappings, scheduled enrichment keeps records from decaying, contact tracking writes job changes back as new records, and duplicate detection stops the extension filling the org with copies. Duplicate detection and custom mappings are Enterprise features. |
HubSpot | Connected from Settings then Integrations in the LeadIQ web app with an OAuth handshake. Capture creates contacts and companies, checks for duplicates on email, name and company domain, and supports custom field mapping. Some third-party review sites still claim there is no native HubSpot connector, and LeadIQ's own help centre documents one. |
Outreach, Salesloft, Groove and Gong Engage | Capture a prospect straight into a chosen sequence or flow, with the extension showing whether the person already sits in one so a rep does not double-enrol them. Gong Engage behaves the same way as Outreach and Salesloft. This is the pairing LeadIQ is built for, since it does no sending of its own. |
LinkedIn and Sales Navigator | The Chrome extension mirrors whatever profile or search you have open and reveals the work email and mobile beside it. Scribe Anywhere writes the message in the same panel. Reviewers describe Sales Navigator as the main surface they use it on, so treat a LinkedIn licence as part of the real cost. |
Clay | Clay ships LeadIQ actions for enriching companies and finding people from a name, a company, a LinkedIn URL or an email, running on your own LeadIQ API key. If you want LeadIQ inside a waterfall behind or in front of other providers, this is the route, and it keeps the fallback logic in your table. |
API and webform enrichment | API access is available from the free plan up and covers waterfall enrichment, form fills, lead routing and scoring, which is how RevOps teams use LeadIQ without giving every rep a seat. Calls draw on the same Universal Credit pool, so API volume and rep prospecting compete for one budget. |
MCP server and Lando Agent | An official MCP server at mcp.leadiq.com/mcp connects to Claude through a custom connector with OAuth, letting you search companies and enrich contacts in natural language on your existing credits. It needs a paid subscription. Lando is the browser-side agent that reads your CRM and pushes contacts on one command. |
What is missing | No native Zapier or n8n app, no Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist connection, and no dialer link, so cold email infrastructure has to be fed through the API or Clay. Microsoft Dynamics and Pipedrive are absent from the documented list, which narrows this to Salesforce and HubSpot shops. |
Pro’s
The whole loop from finding a person to a synced CRM record happens inside the extension, so a rep never leaves Sales Navigator and nobody pastes a spreadsheet into Salesforce on a Friday afternoon.
Contact tracking watches your champions and former users and flags the week they land somewhere new, and that is the cheapest warm pipeline most teams already own and ignore.
The Pro slider publishes an exact price for every credit tier from $20 a month upward, which is rare in a category where ZoomInfo and Cognism both hide behind a quote.
A free plan with 50 credits and a 30-day trial on any plan let a rep test coverage against their own accounts before anyone signs a contract.
Salesforce gets deeper treatment than the other CRMs through scheduled enrichment, duplicate detection and contact tracking writing records back, so RevOps gets something from the same contract as the reps.
Reviewers rate the email side highly and several call out EMEA email coverage as better than what they got from ZoomInfo, which is unusual for a US-founded database.
Cons
A phone number costs 10 credits against 1 for an email, so a calling motion drains the plan quickly and the 200-credit entry tier works out at roughly 18 full contacts a month.
Unused credits expire at the end of every billing cycle on every plan including paid ones, so you are buying a ceiling and paying for whatever you failed to spend.
Mobile number accuracy is the most repeated complaint across more than a thousand G2 reviews, and that lands hardest on the teams paying 10 credits a number for dials.
There is no sequencer, no dialer and no conversation intelligence in the product, so the value only appears once you already pay for Outreach, Salesloft or Gong alongside it.
Seats are bundled into the credit tier rather than sold on their own, so five logins means buying 2,800 credits a month and a sixth person pushes you into an Enterprise quote.
