An enterprise B2B data platform with deep contact records, direct dials, intent signals, and CRM enrichment, built for larger sales orgs willing to commit to annual contracts.
What is
ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is an enterprise B2B data and go-to-market platform. It gives sales and marketing teams a deep contact and company database with direct dials, verified emails, org charts, technographics, and buying-intent signals, so reps can find and reach the right accounts faster. Layered on top of the database sit intent data, website visitor identification, and workflow automation. Teams build target lists, enrich CRM records in bulk, and trigger outreach when an account shows research signals across the web. The depth of its North American coverage is its biggest draw. This is the heavyweight option, priced and scoped for larger sales orgs and built around an annual commitment. Most teams pay well into five figures per year, and the intent it sells as a premium add-on tends toward broad topic-level signals rather than account-specific moves. Databases like ZoomInfo provide good data, but never the full picture. They work well when an ICP is broad enough to slice by industry, geography, and firmographics, which is the case it was built for. At Nebor we choose the data source by the client ICP instead of leaning on one generic database, so ZoomInfo is not our default engine. When a client already owns a contract or needs its depth of North American direct dials, we connect it as one source among many feeding the enrichment and routing layer. The leverage is rarely the raw data. It is how that data gets enriched, scored, and actioned downstream once it lands in the system.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
ZoomInfo is enterprise data with an enterprise integration list, and lately a serious story for AI agents too:
Salesforce | Native two-way sync with duplicate handling and field mapping, whether you export from search or from the browser extension. |
HubSpot and Dynamics 365 | Admin-configured exports with control over which fields write and which never get overwritten. |
Outreach and Salesloft | Contacts push straight into sequences without leaving ZoomInfo. |
ReachOut extension | ZoomInfo's data on LinkedIn profiles and company sites as you browse, exported to your connected tools. |
ZoomInfo CLI | An official command line tool aimed at scripted, agent-ready GTM workflows. |
MCP server | The official server is in Claude's connector directory, so an assistant can look up companies and contacts mid-conversation. It reads data only, and lookups consume your credits. |
API and webhooks | A full developer platform, licensed and credit-metered separately from seats. |
Pro’s
One of the deepest contact databases for direct dials and verified company data in North America.
Native intent data and website visitor tracking surface accounts that are already researching.
Org charts and technographics make account mapping and segmentation faster.
Tight CRM integrations keep records enriched and current without manual work.
Broad platform covers data, intent, and workflow in a single contract.
Cons
Pricing is quote-based and steep, with most teams paying well into five figures per year.
Annual contracts, auto-renewal clauses, and per-seat add-ons make it hard to scale flexibly.
Data accuracy is strong in North America but thinner for European and global coverage.
The platform is heavy for small teams who pay for far more than they use.
