Reachy

A desktop LinkedIn outreach agent that runs from your own machine and your own IP, sources leads from post reactions, groups and events, and costs $39 a month for one account or $179 for fifteen.

What is

Reachy

Reachy is the cheapest way we have found to run LinkedIn outreach across several accounts, and you pay for that in uptime, because nothing goes out while your laptop is shut. It is a desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux that drives its own embedded browser, sources leads, scores them and sends the sequence. Lists come from signals rather than titles alone, so you can pull the people who reacted to a post, joined a group, follow a creator or attended an event, plus Sales Navigator searches and website visitors from RB2B, Vector or Warmly. Personalisation runs on your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key at zero markup. Where the login happens is the whole safety pitch. No proxies and no cloud servers are involved, so LinkedIn sees your home IP during your working hours, and the defaults sit near 100 to 150 actions a week per account with a warm-up ramp for cold profiles. Rotation across seats is how you add volume. We are keeping client work on HeyReach, because a dedicated residential proxy per sender answers the datacenter IP problem that Reachy's whole pitch is built on, and cloud sending does not stop when a laptop closes. Reachy is the better buy for a founder or a small agency running five to fifteen accounts on machines already sitting there.

Integrations and the modern GTM stack

Reachy has no integrations directory and no developer documentation, so the connector list comes off the homepage and the FAQ. Everything below runs out of a desktop app, which means the connections fire while the app is open on your machine and pause when it is not.

HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive

Listed as CRM sync from the Solo plan up, pushing enriched contacts out of a campaign into the CRM. Reachy does not publish field mapping, sync direction or an object model for any of the three, so scope the sync in the trial before you plan a pipeline report around it.

Zapier, Make and n8n

The three automation platforms are named on the homepage as the route for anything custom. We found no listed Reachy app on Zapier or n8n, so treat these as webhook and HTTP wiring you build rather than a maintained connector you switch on.

Webhooks and CSV

A webhook exporting filtered contacts on the fly shipped in version 2.7.1 in July 2025, and CSV or Excel import and export is built in on paid plans. Export is the one thing the 14-day trial holds back, so a data-out test needs a paid month.

OpenAI, Anthropic and Google

Message writing, reformulation and translation call your own API key with no markup, and the how-to guides walk through creating a key on each provider with a spend cap. Search, connecting, sequences and lead scoring all work with no key at all, so the AI is an add-on rather than the engine.

RB2B, Vector and Warmly

Website visitor identification feeds identified visitors in as a lead source alongside post reactions, group members and event attendees. RB2B's COO also appears as a named reference on Reachy's site, so the relationship is closer than a logo on a page.

LinkedIn and Sales Navigator

The embedded browser logs into LinkedIn the way you would, and Sales Navigator lists and searches import from your own seat. LinkedIn Premium is what unlocks connection notes over 200 characters, and both subscriptions stay on your own bill.

Discord

A notification hook that pings you when a lead replies, set up by pasting your Discord user ID into the app. Reachy also runs its user community on Discord, which is where most of the support conversation outside founder email happens.

What is missing

No Clay integration of any kind, no email sending, no public REST API documentation and no MCP server, all four of which HeyReach or Aimfox ship. If your list building happens in Clay, the only route in is a CSV or a webhook you wire yourself, and the email touch needs a separate platform.

Pro’s

  • Fifteen LinkedIn accounts for $179 a month works out near $12 each, against $49 a seat on Aimfox and $79 a sender on HeyReach, so a small agency stops paying into plans priced for fifty senders.

  • AI personalisation runs on your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key with no markup, and Reachy's own setup guide tells you to cap that key at $2 a month, so the writing cost stays visible instead of being resold inside a subscription.

  • Lists start from post reactions, group members, creator followers, event attendees and website visitors piped in from RB2B, Vector or Warmly, so the targeting sits inside the same app that does the sending.

  • Prospect data and the LinkedIn session stay on hardware you control, and when a client's data protection officer asks where their prospect list lives, that is a shorter answer than a sub-processor chain.

  • The changelog is public and dated back to early 2025, covering fixes for LinkedIn format changes, quota tolerance and anti-bot checks, so you can judge how fast this vendor reacts before you commit a client account to it.

  • Support is direct founder contact over email or LinkedIn DM, and the small review base on Capterra and GetApp singles it out, with one reviewer describing bugs fixed as soon as they were raised.

Cons

  • Campaigns only run while the app is open, and the changelog shows it disabling screen lock during processing, preventing sleep and relaunching itself when heap memory is exceeded, so some machine has to sit awake babysitting the outreach.

  • A local agent driving LinkedIn's live pages breaks when LinkedIn ships a change, and the release notes carry repeated entries for new LinkedIn formats, post-reaction scraping and detection hurdles, so recovery waits on a desktop release you install yourself.

  • The homepage advertises 4.9 from 814 reviews on G2, Capterra and GetApp, while Capterra and GetApp each show six reviews at 4.8, so the headline number cannot be traced on the directories it names.

  • There is no email channel, no Clay action, no published API and no MCP server, and the whole developer surface is a webhook export plus Zapier, Make and n8n, thinner than what HeyReach and Aimfox both document.

  • Fifteen seats at $179 assumes you have somewhere to run them, and Reachy does not publish how many LinkedIn sessions one machine can drive at once, so test the rotation on real hardware before you move a book of clients onto it.

How it fits your stack

Diagram showing how Reachy fits into a GTM stack: target lists (Clay, Evaboot) feed into Reachy, and its output flows to conversations (LinkedIn), booked meetings (Calendly, Cal.com), your crm (HubSpot, Salesforce).

Alternatives

HeyReach is where our own client LinkedIn work runs, at $79 a sender with a dedicated residential proxy on each one and a documented API. Aimfox sits in between at $49 a connected account in the cloud, Expandi is the older cloud option with deeper image and GIF personalisation, and a LinkedIn Sales Navigator seat is where the targeting starts whichever of the four you pick.
