A contact discovery tool that scrapes LinkedIn Sales Navigator in real time to find decision makers at your target accounts using persona waterfall rules.
What is
LeadsFactory
When a build needs the right buyers found at named accounts, LeadsFactory is what we reach for. You upload a company list, define the personas you want, and it scrapes LinkedIn Sales Navigator in real time to return matched people, with no LinkedIn login exposed on your side. The part we lean on hardest is persona waterfall logic. You set fallback roles in priority order, like CMO then VP Marketing then Head of Growth, and it returns the closest live match per company even when titles are messy. You can pull several contacts per account. In our builds it sits at the very top of the funnel. It turns a flat account list into named, role accurate contacts that flow into enrichment, verification, and sequencing downstream. Because the pull is live rather than read from a cache, the data tends to be fresher than a static prebuilt list. We feed LeadsFactory straight into our Clay tables, where it carries the contact sourcing layer of an ABM motion. On that kind of work, hitting the right person beats raw list volume every time, and the fresh Sales Navigator pull plus the fallback rules give us cleaner lists than a static database would. It finds and matches people but does not verify emails, so we always run a verification step after it before anything reaches a sequence.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
LeadsFactory keeps its surface deliberately small, so here is the honest picture:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator | The engine of the product: it searches Sales Navigator in real time to find the decision makers matching your personas inside your target companies, without putting your own LinkedIn account at risk. |
CSV in and out | You upload a list of companies, you download the matched people, and from there the list goes into whatever tool you sequence with. |
Clay | A direct connection is being built on their side. Until it ships, the hand-off is the CSV. |
API | Available on their Custom plan if you want persona matching inside your own workflows. |
Pro’s
Real time Sales Navigator pulls return fresher contacts than a static prebuilt database.
Persona waterfall rules find the right buyer even when companies use non standard job titles.
It runs without you connecting a LinkedIn account, so your own profile stays unexposed.
It plugs cleanly into the top of a Clay driven workflow as the contact sourcing layer.
Cons
It finds and matches contacts but does not verify emails, so you still need a verification step.
Coverage depends on Sales Navigator data, so very small or thin profiled companies return less.
The native Clay integration is still in development, so some setups need a manual or API bridge.
It is built for finding people at known accounts, not for broad list building from scratch.
