An action-driven lead tool where every open lead carries a scheduled next step, built for small phone teams that want a working pipeline without a contact database to maintain.
What is
noCRM.io
noCRM.io fails the moment you need a system of record and beats most CRMs when all you need is reps who keep calling people back. It is a French lead management tool where the unit of work is one deal in progress, and every open lead carries a scheduled next action. That rule is enforced by the interface rather than left to discipline. A lead sits in To Do or Standby until it is Won, Lost or Cancelled, and putting one on Standby forces you to pick a reminder date, after which it drops back into To Do at the top of the rep's morning list. Cold names live in Prospecting Lists, an Excel-style grid that stays outside the pipeline until someone shows interest and earns conversion into a lead. Around that sit a drag and drop pipeline, WhatsApp and VoIP lead capture, quotes and invoices, customisable call scripts, and an internal automation engine called The Butler. We would put a small phone or field team on noCRM and keep any account-based motion away from it. Contacts live inside the lead and the help centre tells you to leave out anyone who belongs to a different deal at the same company, so there is no account record to multithread against.
Integrations and the modern GTM stack
noCRM's directory reads like a phone team's shopping list. Roughly twenty native connections are listed and nine of them are telephony providers, with everything else routed through Zapier or Make. Integrations and the API are switched off entirely on the Starter plan, so check the tier before you plan any wiring.
Telephony (Aircall, CloudTalk, JustCall, Ringover, RingCentral, Voxloud, Dialfire, CallHippo, Onoff Business) | The deepest part of the directory by a distance. Calls log against the lead automatically, recordings attach to the record, and one-click or power dialling runs from inside noCRM with AI summaries and transcripts pulled from the provider. All of it needs the Dream plan. |
A browser extension creates a lead from a WhatsApp conversation in one click, sends pre-filled message templates, and syncs the thread back onto the lead. This is the most distinctive capture route noCRM has and it matters in markets where deals genuinely run on WhatsApp. Dream only. | |
Email and calendar | Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and Google, Outlook or iCal calendars connect natively. Starter and Expert get BCC-only capture, so replies do not land in the lead unless the rep remembers to copy the address. Two-way sync, shared inboxes, templates and open tracking arrive on Dream. |
Zapier and Make | The main route to everything else. Zapier lists triggers for lead created, assigned, status changed and step changed, and Make ships a verified app with 31 modules covering leads, comments, tags, attachments and prospecting list entries. Both need Expert or above. |
API and webhooks | A REST JSON API keyed per service from the Admin Panel, with the key shown once at creation. It creates, updates, deletes and retrieves leads, prospects and users. Webhooks fire on lead creation, status change and pipeline step change. Expert is capped at 2,000 requests a day and Dream is negotiated. |
The Butler | noCRM's own automation layer, which runs rules inside the account for auto-assignment and repetitive updates without a third-party connector. It sits on the Dream plan, and it is the only way to automate anything if you are not paying for Zapier or Make on top. |
Invoicing and marketing (QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Wave, Signitic, Rapidmail, Sarbacane) | Billing tools connect so the quotes and invoices built on the lead reconcile with the accounts. The marketing entries are Positive Group sister products bundled with a perk discount, so treat them as house tools rather than a considered pick of the best emailing platform. |
What is missing | No Clay action, no official n8n node, and no native HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive sync anywhere in the directory. There is a Slack connector and a Pipedream app, and a community n8n build would have to run through the HTTP node against the API. If your enrichment lives in Clay, the only clean path in is a webhook or Make. |
Pro’s
The Standby rule means a rep cannot park a lead without booking the next step, and that one constraint does more for follow-up discipline than any dashboard bolted onto a heavier CRM.
Prospecting Lists hold cold names in a spreadsheet-style grid outside the pipeline, so a lead is only created once someone has shown interest and the pipeline number stays close to honest.
There is no object model to design before anyone can work, so a five-person team can import a spreadsheet and start calling on the day they sign up.
Capterra rates it 4.6 from 492 reviews and the compliment that repeats is adoption, since reps keep opening it rather than abandoning it the way they abandon a bigger system.
Quotes, invoices, credit notes and post-sales checklists sit on the lead itself, so a small business that sells and delivers with the same three people skips a separate billing tool.
The API, webhooks and a Make app maintained by Make cover leads, prospecting lists, tags and activities, so an outbound stack can push qualified names in and read status changes back out.
Cons
There is no company or contact database under the leads, so noCRM cannot act as your system of record and an account-based motion has nothing to hang multiple opportunities or threads off.
Reporting stops at activity counts and pipeline movement, and a team that wants cohort views, forecast accuracy or attribution ends up exporting into a spreadsheet to build them.
Starter at $11 a user annually blocks the API, Zapier and every integration while capping you at 500 leads, one pipeline and four custom fields, and noCRM sells it to new customers only.
Almost everything a sales manager needs sits on Dream, because roles and permissions, team performance reports, goal tracking, internal automations, two-way email sync and VoIP are all top-tier features.
Native connections run to about twenty apps and nine of those are phone systems, so there is no Clay action, no official n8n node and no HubSpot or Salesforce sync to fall back on.
