Saleslift Studio Alternatives: Five GTM and Outbound Agencies in the Netherlands to Compare in 2026

by

In this post:
Saleslift Studio is a Dutch outsourced sales development agency. They build your outbound and, on their top tier, handle the campaigns and book the meetings for you.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably weighing them against a few others.
Maybe you’re doing your due diligence before you sign.
Maybe you want a different kind of engagement, one where you own the system, or a team with deeper sales experience.
Or maybe you’ve already talked to them and the deal didn’t feel right.
Below, we cover what Saleslift offers and what it costs, where an outbound-only service can leave gaps, and five agencies that take a different approach.
TL;DR
Saleslift Studio is an outsourced sales development agency founded in 2020, with offices in the Netherlands and the UK and a team of between 10 and 49 people.
Their prices are on their website. Strategy and Building from €1,500 as a one-off project, Strategy, Building and Oversight from €1,500 a month, and Strategy, Building and Execution from €1,990 a month.
Their published results include 243 meetings in six months for FedEx, a 36% reply rate and 4.4% SQL conversion for Eneco, and 16 meetings a month for Oxfam Novib.
G2 rates them 4.8 out of 5 from 11 reviews. Reviewers praise the daily contact and the lead quality, and say results take a few months to arrive.
Their work is outbound. Strategy, list building, campaigns and appointment setting. Inbound routing, paid ads and RevOps aren't part of the offer.
The five alternatives: Nebor for an allbound engine built in your own accounts that gives your team one integrated marketing system, LeadGem for RevOps-first outbound systems, 24/SALES for a diagnose, build and operate GTM system, SalesCaptain for managed multi-channel outbound, and Convins for pay-per-meeting appointment setting.
Note: Most agencies on this list are outbound specialists.
They're good at campaigns, and the rest of your growth, from inbound leads to the CRM, stays in separate hands.
Our founders come from sales, so we build the way a sales team thinks. We'll learn how your best deals were won, design one integrated system across outbound, inbound, ads and RevOps around that, and then build it with your team.
Once it's live, the system belongs to your company, and your reps, marketers and customer success team all use it.

What Saleslift Studio does, what it costs, and where the gaps are
Saleslift Studio is an outsourced sales development agency founded in 2020, with offices in the Netherlands and the UK. They work in Dutch, English, German and French, and their work centres on outbound: strategy, list building, campaigns and appointment setting.

They publish three tiers:
Strategy and Building, from €1,500. The GTM plan and the commercial engine, delivered as a one-off project. Their site describes this as full independent ownership after kickoff.
Strategy, Building and Oversight, from €1,500 a month. The same build, plus monthly reviews of your results and workflows, and sparring on new channels or markets when you want to expand.
Strategy, Building and Execution, from €1,990 a month. Their team executes the campaigns and generates the appointments, with access to their Clay, Lemlist, Salesloft and LeadInfo stack included.
They're a Clay partner and a Salesloft Advanced partner, work with Lemlist, LeadInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, and have their own prospecting tool, Lead Studio.
Saleslift’s work is all about outbound. Other sales functions like inbound capture and routing, paid ads and RevOps aren’t part of the offer. If outbound is all you need, that may be enough.

If you want one partner covering your whole growth motion, from outbound and ads to inbound and the CRM, working as one integrated marketing system, the alternatives below are worth a look.
The 5 best Saleslift Studio alternatives in 2026, and which kind of team each one fits
1. Nebor, best for an all-bound engine built in your own accounts that gives your team one integrated marketing system
We’re a GTM agency. We build your go-to-market strategy, outbound and sales automation, ABM and paid ads, and RevOps as one integrated marketing system, set up in your own accounts, that your team owns and operates.

At Nebor, we put sales and marketing experience at the center of all the GTM and RevOps services that we offer. So every build starts with how your deals actually get won, not with the tools.
You get one integrated marketing system that keeps sales, marketing and customer success aligned
In most growing companies, outbound, ads, inbound, and the CRM were set up at different times, by different people, in different tools. That’s normal. But it means leads fall between the gaps, and every team ends up reporting its own number.
We build all of it as one integrated marketing system, where each part feeds the next, and everyone works from the same list. Here’s what goes into it.
Finding who to sell to
ICP and buyer personas: we define the companies that fit you best and the people inside them who buy, based on your sales calls and your closed-won and closed-lost deals. Everything else in the system is built on this.
TAM mapping: every company that could buy from you, segmented by fit, in one list that outbound, ads, and your reps all share.
Closed-won lookalikes: we study the customers you’ve already won and go find more companies like them.
Prospecting workflows: the right people at each account, found and verified, with the research done before your rep opens the record.

Knowing when to reach out
Buying signals: funding rounds, senior hires, job ads for the role you sell into and industry news, sent to your rep the day they happen.
Website visitor identification: the companies reading your pricing page, identified and scored by fit and intent.
Social engagement tracking: the people engaging with your content, turned into leads instead of vanity numbers.
Job change tracking: a heads-up when a champion from a past deal moves to a new company.
Competitor complaint tracking: a heads-up when a competitor’s customers complain in public, while the frustration is still fresh.

Capturing and converting demand
ABM and Paid Ads: ads aimed at the accounts you actually want, with spend traced back to the deals it started.
Inbound routing: form fills and demo requests enriched, scored and sent to the right rep in minutes, not days.
Nurturing: useful follow-up for leads that aren’t ready yet, instead of an early sales call or silence.
Meeting prep: a briefing on everyone who’ll be on the call, ready before it starts.

Closing deals and keeping your data true
Deal management: notes, CRM updates and follow-ups handled around your closer, so they spend the week selling.
CRM enrichment: records checked every week, wrong data fixed, and real changes turned into tasks and new leads.
Revenue attribution: every closed deal traced back to what earned it, so budget goes where it works.
RevOps: a CRM set up around the way you actually sell, so leads, deals and forecasts stay predictable.

All of it is built on one record. A lead that marketing scores is the same record sales works and customer success inherits, with every conversation attached, and everyone uses the same score. That’s what keeps the three teams aligned: they’re finally looking at the same numbers.
You won’t need every piece on day one, just the few that fit your market, connected so they strengthen each other.
You get reps who sell all day while AI does the research
Ask most reps where their week goes, and a big part of it is research: finding the right person, checking the company, looking for a reason to reach out. It has to happen, but it isn’t selling.
So we take it off their plate. A manual input workflow we build ensures a rep only types a company name and a city, and within seconds the record fills with verified company data, the right decision-makers, direct dials, and a short summary of what’s happening there right now.
Nobody writes a prompt, and the day starts with a short list and the meetings the system already booked.
You get to the right accounts before your competitors do
In most markets, the best-fit companies hear from several vendors. The one who shows up first, with something relevant to say, usually gets the conversation.
That’s what everything above is built for: reaching the right companies at the moment they’re ready. For Dymaxa, it meant meetings with all 10 major European trailer manufacturers, well ahead of a regulation deadline that’s pushing the whole market to buy.
You get a system that keeps improving, with results you can see
A GTM system isn’t something you set up once and forget. Markets shift, messages wear out, and segments that worked last quarter can go quiet.
So we track reply rates by segment and message, time to first meeting, and where deals stall. Then we put more behind what works and rewrite what doesn’t, in weeks rather than quarters. A few results so far:
Dymaxa went from almost no pipeline to €12M in qualified pipeline and 14 new clients.
ExpoGenie got 55 qualified leads in the first three months, 30% of everything coming in.
GroeiLeaders’ clients got more than 20 hours a week back from manual sales work.
You get a simple system in your own accounts, and you keep it
A lot of agency work stops working the day the contract ends, because the tools, the data and the know-how leave with the agency.
We do it the other way around. Everything lives in your own Clay, sequencer, n8n and CRM accounts, on subscriptions you pay for directly. We write down the logic next to each workflow, train your team to change it, and hand it all over at the end of the engagement.
Best for: companies with a sales team that want an integrated marketing and sales system across outbound, ads, inbound and CRM, in accounts they keep.
Not for: companies with no sales team that need an outsourced team to book meetings this quarter, or companies where nobody will own the system once it's live.
Note: Most agencies on this list are outbound specialists.
They're good at campaigns, and the rest of your growth, from inbound leads to the CRM, stays in separate hands.

2. LeadGem, best for RevOps-first outbound systems
LeadGem is a GTM and RevOps agency that builds outbound infrastructure starting from the data layer. They're Clay-certified and work across Benelux, the Nordics, North America and Australia, with a focus on SaaS, manufacturing and recruitment.

Source: leadgem.nl
Their services fall into two groups, RevOps and outbound. RevOps covers sales process automation, data cleaning, lead enrichment, lead qualification and CRM automation.
Outbound covers list building, LinkedIn and email automation, signal-based prospecting and inbound-led outbound, where a site visit or a download becomes the trigger for follow-up. Their scope is the nearest to Saleslift's on this list, with the CRM work added.
They work with Clay, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Smartlead and n8n. Named clients include Shell, Spacewell and Float, and one published case describes enriching 20,000 HubSpot contacts for Spacewell.
Their pricing is listed on Clay's partner directory at $5,000 a month and up, with a three-month minimum.
Best for: companies whose CRM data needs fixing before outbound will work, and who want both done by one team.
Not for: companies that want a one-off project rather than a retainer.
3. 24/SALES, best for a diagnose, build and operate GTM system
24/SALES is a Rotterdam GTM systems agency founded in 2023, building what they describe as "an integrated go-to-market system that makes pipeline creation and conversion measurable, repeatable, and improvable" in three services.

Source: 24sales.com
GTM Diagnose assesses your revenue engine across eight areas, from ICP and messaging through pipeline metrics and tech stack to enablement. Their site presents it as a free starting point, which makes them the only agency here where the first step costs you nothing.
GTM Engineering is the build, covering data flows, scoring, automation and dashboards. GTM Operations is the ongoing phase, managing and improving the system with RevOps support.
Pricing isn't published for the build or operations phases, so expect a scoped quote. Their named case is Van Mossel, where they describe helping the company identify, prioritise and approach high-potential accounts with ICP-based targeting and custom scoring.
Best for: companies that want a structured readiness assessment before anything gets built.
Not for: companies that want to operate the system themselves, since the third phase is 24/SALES operating it.
4. SalesCaptain, best for managed multi-channel outbound
SalesCaptain is a managed outbound agency with a team of more than 80 people working across the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe and Asia. Their services cover outbound sales, inbound-led outbound, CRM enrichment, LinkedIn social selling, and Clay and AI enablement for sales teams.

Their process has four steps: build the audience, set up the infrastructure, engage across LinkedIn, email and text, and optimise. They combine intent, funding and revenue data with what they describe as 250 or more data points, and say campaigns can scale past 10,000 leads a month.
Named clients include Optimizely, Samsung, Zendesk, Microsoft and Elastic. Published results include more than 120 booked meetings and $1.5M in new revenue for one unnamed client, a 45% positive reply rate for a SaaS client, and more than $320,000 in new revenue for Elastic in 2022.
Pricing starts at around $3,500 a month.
Best for: companies that want outbound handled end to end across several channels, at volume.
Not for: companies that want their own team involved day to day, or that need Dutch-language outreach specifically.
5. Convins, best for pay-per-meeting appointment setting
Convins is a Dutch B2B telemarketing and appointment-setting agency working on a no-cure-no-pay basis. Their site puts it plainly: you pay only for a quality appointment, and only after it has taken place. They've been in the field for 17 years, employ more than 85 permanent staff, and work from the Netherlands and Spain in Dutch and English.

Source: convins.eu
They define a qualified meeting as one where the prospect is open to a conversation, has made time for it, and is the decision-maker. Their sectors are accountancy, law, construction, ICT, online marketing, recruitment and business services.
Named clients include Microsoft, Dell, BASF and Mercedes-Benz, and one published case reports a conversion rate of one in three for Ervaringwijzer.
Because you pay per meeting, you know the cost before you start and the risk of a slow ramp falls on the agency. The work is phone-based and stops at the booked meeting.
Best for: companies that want meetings with the cost tied directly to results, in markets where buyers take calls.
Not for: markets where buyers don't answer the phone, or companies that want anything beyond the appointment itself.
What to check before you sign with any of them
These apply whichever agency you're leaning towards, and each takes a minute to answer on a call.
Which tier or model you're buying. Saleslift's one-off build and their execution tier are different purchases with different outcomes, and the same is true of 24/SALES's operate phase and LeadGem's retainer. Get the exact scope in writing before you sign.
Where the tools and data live. Ask whether the sequencer, the enrichment tool and the lists are on your subscriptions or the agency's, and what happens to each when the engagement ends. Saleslift's execution tier includes access to their stack, so ask what transfers to you.
Who works your account and who writes the messages. For any model where the agency does the outreach, ask for the name and seniority of the person on your account, how many other clients they cover, who writes the copy, and whether you approve it before it sends under your company's name.
The Dutch market specifics. If you're selling in the Netherlands or Belgium, ask who writes the Dutch copy, what mobile number coverage they get on local lists, and how the GDPR processor and controller roles are set out. Saleslift's terms describe them as processor with you as controller.
Hire Nebor to build an integrated marketing engine your own team can operate
Every agency on this list does something well, and a few do the same thing as us in a different shape. What we offer is one integrated marketing system across outbound, ads, inbound and RevOps, built in your own accounts, handed over at the end of the engagement, and used by your own team from then on. Your reps keep the conversations, and you keep the tools, the data and the workflows.
If that's the shape you're after, tell us where your pipeline is falling short, and we'll tell you which part of the system fixes it. We'll also tell you if we're the wrong choice. If you have no sales team and need meetings next month, Saleslift's execution tier or Convins will serve you better.
Book a 15-minute call and we'll work out which one you need.
